Claims (7)
- 150−900μmの厚さを有するPEフィルムから形成されるプラスチックバッグにポリシリコンを包装する方法であって、
バッグを製造し、バッグにポリシリコンを充填しおよびバッグを溶接することを含み、
押出機から押し出された管状PEフィルムに、時間制御温度調整パルス封止により横方向封止シームを施してバッグの底の封止を形成してから、該バッグにポリシリコンを充填し、
PEフィルムが、F max 300−2000mNのおよびF t 100−1300mNの曲げ剛性を有し、
動的貫通試験により決定された200−1500Nの破壊力F、2−30Jの破壊エネルギーWsおよび2.2−30Jの貫通エネルギーW tot を有し、
15%長手方向および横方向伸びでの9−50MPaのフィルム引張応力を有し、
10−60cNのエルメンドルフ長手方向フィルム引裂抵抗および18−60cNのエルメンドルフ横手方向フィルム引裂抵抗を有し、
300−2000%の長手方向フィルム破断点伸びおよび450−3000%の横方向フィルム破断点伸びを有し、
溶接ジョーを用いて0.01N/mm2を超える接点圧力で時間制御温度調整パルス封止によって溶接を実施して、25−150N/15mmの溶接シーム強度を有する溶接シームを得る方法。 - バッグにポリシリコンを充填する前のバッグの封止、およびバッグにポリシリコンを充填した後のバッグの溶接が、時間制御温度調整パルス封止により実施され、
各封止操作において、封止温度は、封止ワイヤーの電気抵抗測定を介してセンサーを用いずに検出され、再現可能な封止結果および均質な封止品質を高頻度の長期操作において確実にするために調整される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。 - ポリシリコン充填PEバッグの溶接が、金属溶接ワイヤーが非金属材料で包み込まれている熱封止溶接装置により実施される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 溶接の前に、ほとんど空気を含有しない平面バッグとなるまで、空気をバッグから吸い出す、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 包装する前に、ポリシリコンを分割し計量する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 管状予備成形機もしくは空気噴射もしくはフィルム延展機により、またはこれらの組み合わせを介して、PEフィルムから形成される第2プラスチックバッグを折り畳みなし成形すること、
ポリシリコンを含有し既に密閉されている第1PEバッグを、運搬チャンネルまたは他の適切な輸送ユニットにより、第2プラスチックバッグの中に水平に導入すること、および
第2プラスチックバッグを2つの溶接ジョーにより溶接することを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - ポリシリコンを含有し既に密閉されている第1PEバッグを、運搬チャンネルまたは他の適切な輸送ユニットにより、管状PEフィルムの第2プラスチックバッグの中に水平に導入すること、および
第2プラスチックバッグを2つの溶接ジョーにより溶接することを含み、
第1バッグが、既に製造された溶接シームまで第2プラスチックバッグの中に滑り込むことができる程度に、運搬チャンネルまたは輸送ユニットを下げ、管状フィルムが溶接ジョーの端部に吊り込まれ、折り畳みなし溶接シームが生じる、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
