Claims (8)
- 牽引機(50)と、可動スクリード(4)と、前記スクリード(4)によって新たに敷設した道路舗装(6)の層厚(9)を決定するために設けられた測定装置(60)とを有し、前記測定装置(60)を、進行方向(V)に関して見て前記スクリード(4)の後縁部(10)の後ろの意図する場所(8)で前記層厚(9)を決定するように構成された、道路舗装機(100)であって、
前記層厚(9)を前記スクリード(4)の幾何学形状及び移動と無関係に決定できるように、前記測定装置(60)を前記道路舗装機(100)に設け、
前記測定装置(60)は、少なくとも1個の傾斜センサ(2)と、経路測定ユニット(70)と、評価ユニット(25)と、を含み、
前記測定装置(60)を、前記道路舗装機(100)の牽引機(50)に配設し、取付要素(3)によって牽引機(50)に取付け、
前記測定装置(60)は、
前記意図する場所(8)に指向し、前記意図する場所(8)までの距離を測定するように構成された少なくとも1個の第1センサ(1c)と、
平面(7)までの距離を測定するために、前記第1センサ(1c)に関して前記進行方向(V)に配設される少なくとも2個の更なるセンサ(1a、b)と、
をさらに含むことを特徴とする、道路舗装機。 - 前記測定装置(60)を、牽引機(50)に着脱可能に取付けることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の道路舗装機。
- 前記取付要素(3)を、前記進行方向(V)に関して長さを調節可能にすることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の道路舗装機。
- 前記少なくとも2個の更なるセンサ(1a、b)を、前記進行方向(V)に距離(L1)だけ互いから離隔することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の道路舗装機。
- 前記少なくとも2個の更なるセンサ(1a、b)をそれぞれ、前記距離(L1)の整数倍だけ前記第1センサ(1c)から離隔することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の道路舗装機。
- 前記スクリード(4)の後ろの前記意図する場所(8)で前記層厚(9)を決定するために、前記評価ユニット(25)を、前記距離センサ(1a、b、c)、前記少なくとも1個の傾斜センサ(2)の他、前記経路測定ユニット(70)にも接続することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の道路舗装機。
- 前記測定装置(60)を、間隔を置いて前記層厚(9)を決定するために構成することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の道路舗装機。
- 前記測定装置(60)の高さを、平面(7)に対して調節可能にすることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の道路舗装機。
