Description
図1は本発明の第1の実施の形態による回転型エンコーダの断面図、図2は同接点バネの平面図、図3は同接点パターンと接触子の位置を示した模式図、図4は同操作部を回転したときの接点パターンと接触子の位置を示した模式図、図5は同操作部の回転位置に対応する出力コードを示した説明図である。
以下に本発明の思想を12ポジションのアブソリュートタイプの回転型エンコーダ1002に用いた実施例について説明する。
図9は本発明の第3の実施の形態による回転型エンコーダの接点パターンと接触子の位置を示した模式図である。なお、図9において、図3に示す実施の形態1における回転型エンコーダ1001と同じ部分には同一符号を付して、詳細な説明を省略する。

Claims (4)
- 第一のトラック上に互いが電気的に独立して配された第一、第二のシグナル接点と、第二のトラック上に互いが電気的に独立して配された第三、第四のシグナル接点と、上記第一または第二のトラック上を摺動する接触子と、を備え、上記接触子を、上記第一のトラックに対応して互いに位相がずれて配された第一、第二の接触子と、上記第二のトラックに対応して互いに位相がずれて配された第三、第四の接触子で構成し、上記第一から第四の接触子が各々対応する上記第一から第四のシグナル接点上を摺動した際、上記第一、第二、第三のシグナル接点から得られる出力信号がそれぞれ偶関数となる位相位置で、上記第四のシグナル接点から得られる出力信号が奇関数となるようにしたことを特徴とする回転型エンコーダ。
- 第一のトラックは、第一の接触子が摺動する第一のサブトラックと、第二の接触子が摺動する第二のサブトラックと、を有し、第一のシグナル接点と第二のシグナル接点は、上記第一のサブトラックと上記第二のサブトラックとの双方上に配置されている、請求項1に記載の回転型エンコーダ。
- 第二のトラックは、第三の接触子が摺動する第三のサブトラックと、第四の接触子が摺動する第四のサブトラックと、を有し、第三のシグナル接点と第四のシグナル接点は、上記第三のサブトラックと上記第四のサブトラックとの双方上に配置されている、請求項2に記載の回転型エンコーダ。
- 第二のトラックは、第三の接触子が摺動する第一のサブトラックと、第四の接触子が摺動する第二のサブトラックと、を有し、第三のシグナル接点と第四のシグナル接点は、上記第一のサブトラックと上記第二のサブトラックとの双方上に配置されている、請求項1に記載の回転型エンコーダ。
