Description
本発明の第2の態様によると、第1の態様の電池制御システムは、セル電圧検知部の故障を検知する故障検知部をさらに備え、防爆判断部は、電池制御システムが起動されたときに、記憶部に過充電情報が記憶されており、かつ故障検知部によりセル電圧検知部の故障が検知された場合にも、電池において防爆機構が作動したと判断することが好ましい。
本発明の第3の態様によると、第1または第2の態様の電池制御システムは、電池のSOCを算出するSOC算出部をさらに備え、過充電判定部は、セル電圧検知部により検知されたセル電圧が所定の過充電電圧以上であり、かつSOC算出部により算出されたSOCが所定の過充電SOC以上である場合に、電池が過充電状態であると判定することが好ましい。
本発明の第4の態様によると、第3の態様の電池制御システムにおいて、過充電判定部は、セル電圧が過充電電圧以上である状態が所定期間以上継続されており、かつSOC算出部により算出されたSOCが所定の過充電SOC以上である場合に、電池が過充電状態であると判定することが好ましい。
本発明の第5の態様によると、第1乃至第4のいずれか一態様の電池制御システムにおいて、電池制御システムが起動されたときに、記憶部に過充電情報が記憶されているにも関わらず、防爆判断部により防爆機構が作動しなかったと判断された場合は、記憶部に記憶されている過充電情報を無効化することが好ましい。
本発明の第6の態様によると、車両制御システムは、過充電状態になると電流を遮断する防爆機構を備えた電池と接続され、電池の状態を制御する電池制御システムと、電池制御システムと接続され、車両の走行状態を制御する車両制御部と、を備え、電池制御システムは、電池のセル電圧を検知するセル電圧検知部と、電池の状態に関する情報を記憶する記憶部と、電池が過充電状態であるか否かを判定する過充電判定部と、過充電判定部により電池が過充電状態であると判定された場合に、電池の過充電状態に関する過充電情報を記憶部に記憶させる記憶制御部と、を有し、車両制御部は、車両が始動されたときに、記憶部に過充電情報が記憶されており、かつセル電圧検知部により検知されたセル電圧が所定の下限値未満である場合に、電池において防爆機構が作動したと判断する。
以下、本発明の実施形態を図面に基づいて説明する。以下の実施形態では、ハイブリッド自動車(HEV)の電源を構成する電池システムに対して本発明を適用した場合を例に挙げて説明する。
次に本発明の第2の実施形態について説明する。本実施形態では、異常セル検知処理を図5とは異なる手順で行う例について説明する。

Claims (6)
- 過充電状態になると電流を遮断する防爆機構を備えた電池と接続され、前記電池の状態を制御する電池制御システムであって、
前記電池のセル電圧を検知するセル電圧検知部と、
前記電池の状態に関する情報を記憶する記憶部と、
前記電池が過充電状態であるか否かを判定する過充電判定部と、
前記過充電判定部により前記電池が過充電状態であると判定された場合に、前記電池の過充電状態に関する過充電情報を前記記憶部に記憶させる記憶制御部と、
前記電池制御システムが起動されたときに、前記記憶部に前記過充電情報が記憶されており、かつ前記セル電圧検知部により検知された前記セル電圧が所定の下限値未満である場合に、前記電池において前記防爆機構が作動したと判断する防爆判断部と、を備える電池制御システム。 - 請求項1に記載の電池制御システムにおいて、
前記セル電圧検知部の故障を検知する故障検知部をさらに備え、
前記防爆判断部は、前記電池制御システムが起動されたときに、前記記憶部に前記過充電情報が記憶されており、かつ前記故障検知部により前記セル電圧検知部の故障が検知された場合にも、前記電池において前記防爆機構が作動したと判断する電池制御システム。 - 請求項1または2に記載の電池制御システムにおいて、
前記電池のSOCを算出するSOC算出部をさらに備え、
前記過充電判定部は、前記セル電圧検知部により検知された前記セル電圧が所定の過充電電圧以上であり、かつ前記SOC算出部により算出された前記SOCが所定の過充電SOC以上である場合に、前記電池が過充電状態であると判定する電池制御システム。 - 請求項3に記載の電池制御システムにおいて、
前記過充電判定部は、前記セル電圧が前記過充電電圧以上である状態が所定期間以上継続されており、かつ前記SOC算出部により算出された前記SOCが所定の過充電SOC以上である場合に、前記電池が過充電状態であると判定する電池制御システム。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の電池制御システムにおいて、
前記電池制御システムが起動されたときに、前記記憶部に前記過充電情報が記憶されているにも関わらず、前記防爆判断部により前記防爆機構が作動しなかったと判断された場合は、前記記憶部に記憶されている前記過充電情報を無効化する電池制御システム。 - 過充電状態になると電流を遮断する防爆機構を備えた電池と接続され、前記電池の状態を制御する電池制御システムと、
前記電池制御システムと接続され、車両の走行状態を制御する車両制御部と、を備え、
前記電池制御システムは、
前記電池のセル電圧を検知するセル電圧検知部と、
前記電池の状態に関する情報を記憶する記憶部と、
前記電池が過充電状態であるか否かを判定する過充電判定部と、
前記過充電判定部により前記電池が過充電状態であると判定された場合に、前記電池の過充電状態に関する過充電情報を前記記憶部に記憶させる記憶制御部と、を有し、
前記車両制御部は、前記車両が始動されたときに、前記記憶部に前記過充電情報が記憶されており、かつ前記セル電圧検知部により検知された前記セル電圧が所定の下限値未満である場合に、前記電池において前記防爆機構が作動したと判断する車両制御システム。
