Description
Claims (16)
- 組成物の合計質量に対して、
25〜50質量%のポリ(フェニレンエーテル)と、
25〜55質量%のポリスチレンと、
5〜35質量%のガラス繊維と、を含み、
前記ポリ(フェニレンエーテル)の質量平均分子量が前記ポリスチレンおよび前記ガラス繊維と混合後で少なくとも70,000原子質量単位であり、
前記質量平均分子量は、ポリスチレン標準を用いたゲル透過クロマトグラフィによって測定され、
組成物の質量1kg当たり1mg以下のブタジエンを含み、
前記ポリ(フェニレンエーテル)と前記ポリスチレン以外の任意のポリマーを2質量%以下含む組成物を、含み、
配管、配管ライナー、配管接合、冷温水器部品、ボイラー部品、セントラルヒーティング装置部品、給湯器とセントラルヒーティング装置との複合機の部品、熱交換器部品、ヒートポンプ筐体、送水ポンプ筐体、フィルター筐体、水道メータ筐体、送水バルブ、インペラおよび蛇口スパウトから構成される群から選択されることを特徴とする流体工学物品。 - 前記任意のポリマーは、ISO1133に準拠し、温度190℃、荷重2.16kgで測定したメルトフローレートが15〜30g/cm3のポリエチレンであり、前記組成物は、前記ポリエチレンを0.5〜2質量%含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体工学物品。
- 前記組成物は、30〜40質量%の、ポリ(2,6−ジメチル−1,4−フェニレンエーテル)を含む前記ポリ(フェニレンエーテル)と、
49〜55質量%の、アタクチックポリスチレンを含む前記ポリスチレンと、
5〜15質量%の前記ガラス繊維と、
組成物の質量1kg当たり0.05mg以下のブタジエンと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体工学物品。 - 前記任意のポリマーは、ISO1133に準拠し、温度190℃、荷重2.16kgで測定したメルトフローレートが15〜30g/cm3のポリエチレンであり、前記組成物は、前記ポリエチレンを0.5〜2質量%含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の流体工学物品。
- 前記組成物は、25〜35質量%の、ポリ(2,6−ジメチル−1,4−フェニレンエーテル)を含む前記ポリ(フェニレンエーテル)と、
42〜52質量%の、アタクチックポリスチレンを含む前記ポリスチレンと、
15〜25質量%の前記ガラス繊維と、
組成物の質量1kg当たり0.05mg以下のブタジエンと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体工学物品。 - 前記任意のポリマーは、ISO1133に準拠し、温度190℃、荷重2.16kgで測定したメルトフローレートが15〜30g/cm3のポリエチレンであり、前記組成物は、前記ポリエチレンを0.5〜2質量%含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の流体工学物品。
- 前記組成物は、32〜42質量%の、ポリ(2,6−ジメチル−1,4−フェニレンエーテル)を含む前記ポリ(フェニレンエーテル)と、
25〜35質量%の、アタクチックポリスチレンを含む前記ポリスチレンと、
25〜35質量%の前記ガラス繊維と、
組成物の質量1kg当たり0.05mg以下のブタジエンと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体工学物品。 - 前記任意のポリマーは、ISO1133に準拠し、温度190℃、荷重2.16kgで測定したメルトフローレートが15〜30g/cm3のポリエチレンであり、前記組成物は、前記ポリエチレンを0.5〜2質量%含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の流体工学物品。
- その合計質量に対して、
25〜50質量%のポリ(フェニレンエーテル)と、
25〜55質量%のポリスチレンと、
5〜35質量%のガラス繊維と、を含み、
前記ポリ(フェニレンエーテル)の質量平均分子量が前記ポリスチレンおよび前記ガラス繊維と混合後で少なくとも70,000原子質量単位であり、
前記質量平均分子量は、ポリスチレン標準を用いたゲル透過クロマトグラフィによって測定され、
その質量1kg当たり1mg以下のブタジエンを含むことを特徴とする組成物。 - さらに、ISO1133に準拠し、温度190℃、荷重2.16kgで測定したメルトフローレートが15〜30g/cm3のポリエチレンを0.5〜2質量%含み、前記ポリ(フェニレンエーテル)、前記ポリスチレンおよび前記ポリエチレン以外のいかなるポリマーも含まないことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の組成物。
- 30〜40質量%の、ポリ(2,6−ジメチル−1,4−フェニレンエーテル)を含む前記ポリ(フェニレンエーテル)と、
49〜55質量%の、アタクチックポリスチレンを含む前記ポリスチレンと、
5〜15質量%の前記ガラス繊維と、
組成物の質量1kg当たり0.05mg以下のブタジエンと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の組成物。 - さらに、ISO1133に準拠し、温度190℃、荷重2.16kgで測定したメルトフローレートが15〜30g/cm3のポリエチレンを0.5〜2質量%含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物は、25〜35質量%の、ポリ(2,6−ジメチル−1,4−フェニレンエーテル)を含む前記ポリ(フェニレンエーテル)と、
42〜52質量%の、アタクチックポリスチレンを含む前記ポリスチレンと、
15〜25質量%の前記ガラス繊維と、
その質量1kg当たり0.05mg以下のブタジエンと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の組成物。 - さらに、ISO1133に準拠し、温度190℃、荷重2.16kgで測定したメルトフローレートが15〜30g/cm3のポリエチレンを0.5〜2質量%含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の組成物。
- 32〜42質量%の、ポリ(2,6−ジメチル−1,4−フェニレンエーテル)を含む前記ポリ(フェニレンエーテル)と、
25〜35質量%の、アタクチックポリスチレンを含む前記ポリスチレンと、
25〜35質量%の前記ガラス繊維と、
その質量1kg当たり0.05mg以下のブタジエンと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の組成物。 - さらに、ISO1133に準拠し、温度190℃、荷重2.16kgで測定したメルトフローレートが15〜30g/cm3のポリエチレンを0.5〜2質量%含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の組成物。
