Description
本発明に係る絵柄付き蓄光体1は、図1に示すように、蓄光材料としての蓄光顔料とガラス材料としてのガラスフリットを含有する平板状を呈する。この絵柄付き蓄光体1は、例えば避難誘導標識1Aとして実施される。避難誘導標識1Aは、焼成した成型体4(以下、焼成成型体4とも称する。)が基板として機能し、面状部10はその表面に後述の転写による転写部(絵柄部)11を有する。本実施形態では、転写部11が光を透過しない材料により構成され、転写部11が形成されていない非転写部が発光(蓄光)部12となる。そして、表面には、コーティング層13が形成されている。
この製造工程は、大略、混合物2を作成する混合物作成工程と、作成した混合物2を金型21に充填して面状部10を有するようにプレス成型して成型体3を作成するプレス工程と、プレス成型して得られた成型体3を焼成し徐冷する焼成工程と、成型体3を焼成して得られた焼成成型体4に水転写の転写紙5を貼付し再焼成する再焼成工程とからなる。
上記実施形態において、絵柄部11として人型及びその周辺部分を印刷層53により形成し発光させない部分とした。しかし、人型及びその周辺部分を発光部12としても構わない。
Claims (8)
- 蓄光材料とガラス材料を含有する絵柄付き蓄光体であって、
少なくとも前記蓄光材料及び前記ガラス材料の混合物を焼成してなる焼成成型体を基板として備え、
前記基板の面状部は、光を透過しない材料よりなる絵柄部と前記蓄光材料により発光する発光部を有し、
前記絵柄部は、画像を構成する印刷層よりなり、
前記印刷層は、カバーコート層に覆われてなり、
前記カバーコート層は、前記ガラス材料と同一材料よりなり、前記絵柄部と前記発光部を覆うコーティング層となる絵柄付き蓄光体。 - 前記混合物は、水溶性バインダーを含むものである請求項1記載の絵柄付き蓄光体。
- 前記水溶性バインダーは、メチルセルロースを含有する請求項2記載の絵柄付き蓄光体。
- 前記蓄光材料の粒径は、前記ガラス材料の粒径よりも大である請求項1記載の絵柄付き蓄光体。
- 前記蓄光材料の粒径は100μm以上300μm以下であり、前記ガラス材料の粒径は20μm以上40μm以下である請求項4記載の絵柄付き蓄光体。
- 前記混合物は、前記蓄光材料と前記ガラス材料とが10:90以上35:65以下の重量比で混合攪拌されるものである請求項1、4及び5のいずれかに記載の絵柄付き蓄光体。
- 前記基板は、平板状である請求項1記載の絵柄付き蓄光体。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の絵柄付き蓄光体を用いた避難誘導標識。
