ビニリデンフロライドとヘキサフルオロプロピレンの共重合体からなる直径が0.02〜0.5μmのフルオロ重合体1次粒子が集まって粒子サイズ1mm以下のクラスタ型の2次粒子を形成するフルオロ重合体90重量%、及びパーティショニング剤(partitioning agent)10重量%をドライブレンディングして加工助剤を製造した。前記パーティショニング剤はタルク(KOCH社、KC5000)を使用した。前記フルオロ重合体2次粒子の光学顕微鏡写真を図1に示した。

Daikin社の加工助剤DA−810X(フルオロ重合体97重量%及びパーティショニング剤3重量%)を準備した。Daikin社のDA−810Xの光学顕微鏡写真を図4に示した。Daikin社の加工助剤DA−810Xは単一粒子で、粒子サイズが2mm以下である。
Shine Polymer Technology社の加工助剤3511Nを準備した。前記Shine Polymer Technology社の3511N加工助剤はフルオロ重合体50重量%及び界面活性剤(interfacial agent)50重量%を含んでいる。Shine Polymer Technology社の加工助剤3511Nは単一粒子で、粒子サイズが2mm以下である。
前記実施形態1乃至4及び比較例1乃至3の加工助剤をメタロセン系線形低密度ポリエチレン(大林産業、mLLDPE XP9000、メルトインデックス0.6g/10分、密度0.935g/cm3)と<表1>の添加量でドライブレンディングした後、ブラベンダーインスツルメント(Brabender Instrument)社のプラスチコーダー(Plasti−Corder長さ/直径=32/1)を用いて170℃、200℃、200℃の温度で60rpmで溶融混合し、押出ストランドを水槽で冷却し、ペレット化した。
Claims (5)
- ビニリデンフロライドとヘキサフルオロプロピレンの共重合体からなる、直径が0.02μm〜0.5μmのフルオロ重合体1次粒子が集まって粒子サイズ2μm〜2mmのクラスタ型の2次粒子を形成するフルオロ重合体を含むことを特徴とする、加工助剤。
- 前記フルオロ重合体100重量部に対し、パーティショニング剤(partitioning agent)1乃至20重量部を追加的に含み、界面活性剤がないことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の加工助剤。
- 前記パーティショニング剤(partitioning agent)は平均粒子サイズが0.5μm〜10μmの無機物粉末、または平均粒子サイズが1mm以下の有機物粉末のうち、いずれか1つ以上を使用し、かつ
前記無機物粉末はタルク、シリカ、及び炭酸カルシウムからなる群から選択される1種以上であり、
前記有機物粉末は酸化防止剤、紫外線吸収剤、難燃剤、熱安定剤、光安定化剤、金属不活性剤、強化剤、可塑剤、潤滑剤、乳化剤、顔料、光学漂白剤、帯電防止剤、及び発泡剤で構成された群から選択される1種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の加工助剤。 - 請求項1に記載の加工助剤と非フッ素化溶融加工性重合体を含むことを特徴とする、加工助剤用マスターバッチ。
- 前記加工助剤0.5〜20重量%と非フッ素化溶融加工性重合体80〜99.5重量%を含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の加工助剤用マスターバッチ。
