Claims (5)
- 本体が少なくとも1回巻かれる螺旋状を成して弾性を有し、内周面にネジ山が少なくとも2個形成されてボルトに結合される緩み防止ナットであって、
前記ナットは、本体を螺旋状に切開する螺旋状の切開溝が長さ方向に沿って形成されることで螺旋状を成し、
前記螺旋状の切開溝は、前記本体の末端まで貫通される構成であって、
前記螺旋状の切開溝は、前記本体の末端部分で進行方向が屈折して傾く傾斜溝を形成した
ことを特徴とする緩み防止ナット。 - 前記ナットの中間地点に形成される螺旋状の切開溝の間隔を空けて、その切開溝で断絶されたネジ山のピッチが、空けられた間隔の寸法だけ変わるように形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の緩み防止ナット。
- 一定の直径を有する長棒に一定の深さで螺旋状の切開溝を形成する段階と、
螺旋状の切開溝が形成された長棒を一定の長さに切断する段階と、
前記螺旋状の切開溝の末端に、前記切断された長棒の末端部分で進行方向が屈折して傾く傾斜溝を形成する段階と、
前記切断された長棒の内部に穴を開けて内径を加工した後、ネジ山を形成する段階と、
を含んで螺旋状のナットを形成することを特徴とする緩み防止ナットの製造方法。 - 切断された長棒にネジ山を形成する前に、長さ方向に加圧して長さを調節する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の緩み防止ナットの製造方法。
- 前記切断された長棒の内部にネジ山を形成した後、前記ナットの中間地点に形成される螺旋状の切開溝の間隔を空けて、その切開溝で断絶されたネジ山のピッチが、空けられた間隔の寸法だけ変わるように形成する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項3又は4に記載の緩み防止ナットの製造方法。
