Claims (3)
- まくらぎと、当該まくらぎの周囲を取り囲むように配置された弾性材を備え、かつ前記弾性材に取り囲まれた部分がコンクリート道床に埋設して設置される防振まくらぎにおいて、前記弾性材は、前記まくらぎの長辺方向の両側部、前記まくらぎの長辺方向の両端部および前記まくらぎの底部に前記まくらぎの四周および底部の全面を取り囲むように連続一体的に配置され、かつ前記まくらぎの長辺方向の両側部および前記まくらぎの長辺方向の両端部に配置された弾性材の上端部に前記コンクリート道床の上面より前記まくらぎの表面に沿って立上がる立上がり部が設けられ、当該立上がり部の表側に前記コンクリート道床の上面より前記まくらぎの表面側に傾斜する勾配部が設けられていることを特徴とする勾配付弾性材を用いた防振まくらぎ。
- 請求項1記載の勾配付弾性材を用いた防振まくらぎにおいて、まくらぎの弾性材に取り囲まれた部分は、前記まくらぎの長辺方向の両側部と両端部および底部を取り囲むように形成された防振箱の中に設置されていることを特徴とする勾配付弾性材を用いた防振まくらぎ。
- 請求項1または2記載の勾配付弾性材を用いた防振まくらぎにおいて、立上がり部の上端部とまくらぎ表面間の隙間を密閉するためのシール材が取り付けられていることを特徴とする勾配付弾性材を用いた防振まくらぎ。
