Description
(a)硫黄分が0.1質量%以下かつ芳香族含有量が1質量%以下である炭化水素油を準備する準備工程。
(b)準備工程で準備した炭化水素油を含有する組成物を調製する調製工程。
(c)上記調製工程で調製した上記炭化水素油を含有する組成物から、炭素数10以下の炭化水素の含有量が圧縮機油全量基準で20質量ppm以下となるように、炭素数10以下の炭化水素を除去する除去工程。
ポリα−オレフィン(デセン誘導体で、40℃動粘度が63mm2/s、100℃動粘度が9.6mm2/s、粘度指数が134、硫黄分1質量ppm以下、芳香族含有量1質量ppm以下)500gに対して、溶剤を含まないジメチルポリシロキサン(25℃粘度:3千mPa・s)1.5mg(圧縮機油全量基準で3質量ppm)を添加し、表1に示す撹拌温度、撹拌時間、N2バブリング時間に従って、実施例1〜7及び比較例1の圧縮機油を調製した。N2バブリングは、圧縮機油1Lに対して50L/hの窒素ガス流量で実施した。表中のN2バブリング時間について、「−」はN2バブリングを実施していないことを意味する。実施例6,7の圧縮機油については、イソステアリン酸を圧縮機油全量基準で0.5質量%配合した。
Claims (6)
- 硫黄分が0.1質量%以下かつ芳香族含有量が1質量%以下である炭化水素油を含有し、
前記炭化水素油の含有量が、圧縮機油全量基準で90〜99.995質量%であり、
炭素数10以下の炭化水素の含有量が、圧縮機油全量基準で20質量ppm以下である、圧縮機油。 - 圧縮機油全量基準で0.005〜10質量%の添加剤を更に含有する、請求項1に記載の圧縮機油。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の圧縮機油の製造方法であって、
硫黄分が0.1質量%以下かつ芳香族含有量が1質量%以下である炭化水素油を含有する組成物から、炭素数10以下の炭化水素の含有量が圧縮機油全量基準で100質量ppm以下となるように、前記炭素数10以下の炭化水素を除去する工程を備える、圧縮機油の製造方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の圧縮機油を備える圧縮機によって水素を圧縮する工程を備える、水素の圧縮方法。
- 燃料電池による発電方法であって、
前記燃料電池の燃料として、請求項1又は2に記載の圧縮機油を備える圧縮機によって圧縮された水素を用いる工程を備える、発電方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の圧縮機油を備える圧縮機によって圧縮された水素を燃料電池自動車に供給する工程を備える、水素の供給方法。
