Claims (8)
- 発光素子を含む光源部と、
前記光源部から照射された光を吸収した被検体内の検出対象物から発生する音響波を検出するための検出部と、
前記検出部により検出された信号を処理する信号処理部と、
前記光源部に供給する電力を制御して前記光源部にパルス発光を行わせる光源駆動回路とを備え、
前記信号処理部は、前記検出部の検出音波周波数帯域に基づいてパルスの幅を決定し、前記検出部の検出音波周波数の帯域幅に基づいて一周期中のパルスの数を決定する、光音響画像化装置。 - 前記信号処理部は、前記検出部の検出音波周波数帯域のピーク値が、前記光源部のパルス発光の周波数特性のピーク値になるように、パルスの幅を決定するとともに、前記検出部の検出音波周波数の帯域幅が狭い場合にパルスの数を多くして、前記検出部の検出音波周波数の帯域幅が広い場合にパルスの数を少なく設定して決定する、請求項1に記載の光音響画像化装置。
- 前記信号処理部は、前記光源部により一周期中に複数のパルス発光が行われる場合、複数のパルスの幅が互いに略等しくなるようにパルスの幅を決定する、請求項1または2に記載の光音響画像化装置。
- 前記信号処理部は、前記光源部により一周期中に複数のパルス発光が行われる場合、パルスの幅が連続する2つのパルスの間の幅以上になるようにパルスの幅を決定する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の光音響画像化装置。
- 前記信号処理部は、前記光源部により一周期中に複数のパルス発光が行われる場合、複数のパルス発光に基づく音響波により形成される画像を合成することにより、被検体内の針の形状を認識して画像を形成する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の光音響画像化装置。
- 前記光源部の前記発光素子は、発光ダイオード素子により構成されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の光音響画像化装置。
- 前記光源部の前記発光素子は、半導体レーザ素子により構成されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の光音響画像化装置。
- 前記光源部の前記発光素子は、有機発光ダイオード素子により構成されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の光音響画像化装置。
