診断アルゴリズム65の個々の診断ステップの順序を変更すること;
システム12,14および/またはシステムコンポーネント47を検査する順序を変更すること;および/または
診断方法を変更せずに継続すること
が可能である。

Claims (13)
- 装置(10)の少なくとも2つのシステム(12,14)を診断および/または調整する方法であって、
(a)前記装置(10)の少なくとも2つの前記システム(12,14)における少なくとも1つの制御変数(44)を、該制御変数(44)の実際値に基づいて意図的に変更するステップと、
(b)前記少なくとも2つのシステム(12,14)における第1のシステムの少なくとも1つの状態変数(46)と、前記少なくとも2つのシステム(12,14)における第2のシステムの少なくとも1つの状態変数(46)とを検出するステップと、
(c)前記第1のシステムの少なくとも1つの状態変数と前記第2のシステムの少なくとも1つの状態変数とからなる少なくとも2つの状態変数(46)の関数として、以下の実施の少なくとも1つについて決定(61)を行うこと、
エラーと推定される前記システム(12,14)または該システムに含まれるシステムコンポーネント(47)の繰返しの診断を行うこと、
検出された前記少なくとも2つの状態変数(46)の関数として、診断アルゴリズム(65)を変更すること、
検出された前記少なくとも2つの状態変数(46)の関数として、保存されたメモリ(64)から代替的な診断アルゴリズム(65)を選択すること、
診断アルゴリズム(65)における個々の診断ステップの順序を変更すること、
前記システム(12,14)および/またはシステムコンポーネント(47)を診断する順序を変更すること、および
前記ステップ(a)および(b)を継続すること、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記装置(10)が自動車である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 診断または調整すべき前記システム(12,14)が、自動車の少なくとも1つのエアシステム、噴射システム、トルクシステムおよび/または排ガスシステムを含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記状態変数(46)に、センサ変数またはセンサ変数から導いた変数、アクチュエータ変数またはアクチュエータ変数から導いた変数、オフセット値、ゲイン係数、触媒温度、および触媒の酸素充填状態のうちの少なくとも1つの変数を含む、請求項1から3までのいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記制御変数(44)が、排ガスのラムダ値、酸素質量流量、排ガス質量流量、排ガス戻し量、点火角、排ガス中の酸素、窒素、水素、一酸化炭素および/または炭化水素の割合、排ガスの添加剤の用量、ならびに排ガス温度のうちの少なくとも1つの排ガスシステムにおける変数を含む、請求項1から4までのいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記制御変数(44)が、外気質量、排ガス戻し量、スロットルの位置、圧力、圧力差、過給圧、ならびに燃料混合物における燃料量、希ガス量および空気量の比率のうちの少なくとも1つのエアシステムにおける変数を含む、請求項1から5までのいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記制御変数(44)が、インジェクタの開放時間、および燃料圧のうちの少なくとも1つの噴射システムにおける変数を含む、請求項1から6までのいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記制御変数(44)の絶対値、相対値および/または勾配を変更する、請求項1から7までのいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記状態変数(46)の絶対値、相対値および/または勾配を評価する、請求項1から8までのいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記制御変数(44)および/または前記状態変数(46)を、物理変数、数値変数および/またはセンサにより検出される変数とする、請求項1から9までのいずれかに記載の方法。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれかに記載の方法で使用するためにプログラミングされていることを特徴とするコンピュータプログラム(32)。
- 内燃機関の制御および/または調整装置(24)のためのメモリ媒体(30)において、
請求項1から10までのいずれかに記載の方法で使用するためのコンピュータプログラム(32)が記憶されていることを特徴とするメモリ媒体(30)。 - 制御および/または調整装置(24)において、
請求項1から10までのいずれかに記載の方法で使用するためにプログラミングされていることを特徴とする制御および/または調整装置(24)。
