Claims (10)
- 第1の濃度の拡散粒子を含む外側カバーと、
上面を有し、且つ第2の濃度の拡散粒子を含む内側カバーであって、該上面が第1の長さを持ち、且つ斜面を有する、内側カバーと、
前記内側カバーに接続され、且つ第3の長さを持つ上面を有する基部と、
前記基部を支持する載置体と、を含み、
前記第1の濃度と前記第2の濃度とは異なる、発光装置。 - 前記載置体の長さは前記第1の長さより大きい請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記内側カバーは、第2の長さを持つ下面を有し、且つ前記第2の長さは前記第3の長さより小さい請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記内側カバーを被覆する波長変換装置を更に含む請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記内側カバーは、前記斜面とが20°以上40°以下の夾角をなす下面をさらに有する請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記斜面の一部領域の上に形成される波長変換装置を更に含む請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記内側カバーは、前記斜面とが尖端を形成する側壁を有する請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記尖端を被覆する波長変換装置を更に含む請求項7に記載の発光装置。
- 前記内側カバーは側面及び下面をさらに含み、前記側面と前記下面とが30°以上60°以下の夾角をなす請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記斜面に接続される平坦領域をさらに有する請求項1に記載の発光装置。
