Description
本発明は、前記問題のうちの1つ以上を克服するためのものである。
また、前記方法の別の実施形態では、電気容量を測定することを含むことができ、応答がある場合、測定された電気容量を、記憶されている患者の電気容量と比較して、患者が応答したのかどうかを確定する。前記方法の更に別の実施形態では、応答がある場合、患者が応答したのかどうかを確定する段階中に、患者が応答したのかどうかを確定するために、患者が身に着けている装飾品を検出することを含んでもよい。
前記方法の一実施形態では、また、コードおよびパスワードのうちの少なくとも1つの申告を要求する段階を含むことができる。コード、パスワード、または、これらの任意の組合せの申告の要求は、患者が応答したのかどうかを確定する段階中になされることが好ましい。
減衰信号発生器17はセンサ4に接続している。他の実施形態において、減衰信号発生器17は、患者1が装着する分離した素子、例えば処置電極5に接続していてもよい。
また、1つ以上の追加のセンサは、動作、位置、または酸素濃度計の検出器を含むことができ、検出器は、患者の身体の別の領域に配置されると共に制御装置2に接続する。患者1の状態を確定する際に制御装置2を支援するために、上記センサから入力が得られるように、制御装置2を構成することができるであろう。

Claims (13)
- 外部除細動器であって、
少なくとも1つの処置電極と、
少なくとも1つの生体測定センサと、
前記外部除細動器を装着している患者によって作動可能な少なくとも1つの応答機構であって、生体測定信号を検知する検出器を含む応答機構と、
前記検出器から前記生体測定信号を受信するように構成された少なくとも1つの制御装置であって、前記外部除細動器を装着している前記患者が前記少なくとも1つの応答機構を作動させたことを、前記少なくとも1つの応答機構の作動中に前記検出器から受信する前記生体測定信号に少なくとも一部は基づいて確認するように構成された制御装置と
を有する外部除細動器。 - 前記少なくとも1つの制御装置は、前記少なくとも1つの応答機構の作動中に前記検出器から受信した前記生体測定信号を、前記少なくとも1つの生体測定センサによって受信された生体測定信号と比較して、前記患者が前記少なくとも1つの応答機構を作動させたことを確認するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の外部除細動器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの生体測定センサが少なくとも1つのECGセンサを含み、また前記生体測定信号がECG信号を含む、請求項1または2に記載の外部除細動器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの制御装置は、形態比較、変化率の比較、およびR波シンクロナイゼーションのうちの少なくとも1つを用いて、前記少なくとも1つの応答機構の作動中に前記検出器から受信した前記ECG信号を、前記少なくとも1つのECGセンサによって受信された前記ECG信号と比較するように構成されている、請求項3に記載の外部除細動器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの応答機構が、前記少なくとも1つの検出器に接続された少なくとも1つのボタンからなる、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の外部除細動器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの制御装置に接続された、ディスプレイおよびスピーカーのうちの少なくとも一方を更に含む、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の外部除細動器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの制御装置が、
処置を必要とする前記患者の状態を検知し、
処置を必要とする前記患者の前記状態の検知に応答して、前記患者による前記少なくとも1つの応答機構の作動を引き出すために前記患者に宛ててプロンプトを与え、また
前記少なくとも1つの応答機構の作動が検知されなければ、前記少なくとも1つの処置電極を介した前記患者への処置を与える
ように更に構成されている、請求項6に記載の外部除細動器。 - 前記少なくとも1つの制御装置が、
処置を必要とする前記患者の状態を検知し、
処置を必要とする前記患者の前記状態の検知に応答して、前記患者による前記少なくとも1つの応答機構の作動を引き出すために前記患者に宛ててプロンプトを与え、また
前記外部除細動器を装着している前記患者が前記少なくとも1つの応答機構を作動したことを確認したことに応答して、前記少なくとも1つの処置電極を介した前記患者への処置を抑制する
ように更に構成されている、請求項6に記載の外部除細動器。 - 前記少なくとも1つの制御装置が、
処置を必要とする前記患者の状態を検知し、
処置を必要とする前記患者の前記状態の検知に応答して、前記患者による前記少なくとも1つの応答機構の作動を引き出すために前記患者に宛ててプロンプトを与え、また
前記外部除細動器を装着している前記患者以外の者が前記少なくとも1つの応答機構を作動したことを確認したことに応答して、前記患者および傍観者の少なくとも一方に宛てて少なくとも1つの追加のプロンプトを与える
ように更に構成されている、請求項6に記載の外部除細動器。 - 前記少なくとも1つの追加のプロンプトは、前記外部除細動器を装着している前記患者に前記少なくとも1つの処置電極を介して処置が間もなく与えられることを指示する、請求項9に記載の外部除細動器。
- 前記少なくとも1つのプロンプトが、聴取り可能プロンプトまたは視認可能プロンプトの少なくとも一方である、請求項7から10までのいずれか一項に記載の外部除細動器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの制御装置に接続された少なくとも1つの追加の検出器を更に有し、前記少なくとも1つの追加の検出器が、動作検出器、位置検出器および酸素濃度検出器のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1から11までのいずれか一項に記載の外部除細動器。
- 前記外部除細動器が、ハーネス、ベルト、チョッキ、または他の外部器具として装着されるような大きさおよび構成とされている、請求項1から12までのいずれか一項に記載の外部除細動器。
