Abstract
【解決手段】 植込み装置は、器官をモニターおよび/または調節することが可能な複数の医療装置のうちのいずれかにすることができる。しきい条件に達すると、植込み装置によって送信される救難信号は外部通信システムを起動する。次に外部通信システムは救難連絡を行うが、その救難連絡には適切な医療職員が応答することができる。

Claims (33)
- 植込み医療装置から無線信号を受信するステップと、
前記無線信号の受信に応答して遠隔地に救難連絡を送信するステップと、
を有する、植込み医療装置の活動に応答して選択的に救難連絡を行うための方法。 - 前記無線信号が、前記植込み医療装置を装着している人間が経験する医療上の緊急事態を示す、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記植込み医療装置を装着している人が緊急状態を経験していると前記植込み医療装置が判断した場合のみ、前記植込み医療装置から前記無線信号が受信される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 送信前に、前記植込み医療装置を装着している人間が経験している医療上の緊急事態を前記無線信号が示していると判断する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記無線信号および救難連絡が、前記植込み医療装置によってモニター中の器官に関する重要データを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記救難連絡が、前記救難連絡を開始する装置の位置を示す位置情報を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記救難連絡が、前記植込み医療装置の通し番号、前記植込み医療装置の型式番号、および前記植込み医療装置の運用データのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記植込み医療装置が、ペースメーカ、植込み型除細動器、およびそれらの組み合わせのうちの1つを有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記植込み医療装置が、人間の器官をモニターするように構成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記救難連絡が、無線電話網を介して送信される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記植込み医療装置が、前記無線信号を送信するように構成された送信機と、心臓調節装置とを有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記心臓調節装置が、ペースメーカ、植込み型除細動器、およびそれらの組み合わせのうちの1つを有する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 植込み医療装置から無線信号を受信するように構成された無線外部受信機と、
前記無線外部受信機に接続され、前記無線外部受信機からの入力の受信に応答して遠隔地に救難連絡を送信するように構成された外部通信装置と、
を有する、選択的に救難連絡を行うためのシステム。 - 前記救難連絡が、前記外部通信装置の位置を示す位置情報を含む、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記外部通信装置に位置情報を提供するように構成されたロケータ装置をさらに有し、前記位置情報が前記救難連絡に含まれる、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記無線信号および救難連絡が、前記植込み医療装置によってモニター中の器官に関する重要データを含む、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記無線信号が、前記植込み医療装置を装着している人間が経験する医療上の緊急事態を示す、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記植込み医療装置が、ペースメーカ、植込み型除細動器、およびそれらの組み合わせのうちの1つを有する、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記植込み医療装置が、人間の器官をモニターするように構成される、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記救難連絡が、無線電話網を介して送信される、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記植込み医療装置が、前記無線信号を送信するように構成された送信機と、心臓調節装置とを有する、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記心臓調節装置が、ペースメーカ、植込み型除細動器、およびそれらの組み合わせのうちの1つを有する、請求項21に記載のシステム。
- 前記救難連絡の送信前に、前記植込み医療装置を装着している人間が経験している医療上の緊急事態を前記無線信号が示していると判断するように、前記外部通信装置が構成される、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記植込み医療装置を装着している人が緊急状態を経験していると前記植込み医療装置が判断した場合のみ、前記植込み医療装置から前記無線信号が受信される、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- モニター装置と、
前記モニター装置と通信し、前記モニター装置の所定の活動に応答して選択的に無線救難信号を送信するように構成された無線送信機と、
を有する、植込み型医療装置。 - 前記無線送信機が、遠隔地に救難連絡を行うように構成された外部システムに無線救難信号を送信するように構成される、請求項25に記載の植込み型医療装置。
- 前記モニター装置が、器官の活動をモニターするように構成された器官モニター装置を有する、請求項25に記載の植込み型医療装置。
- 前記器官が緊急状態を経験していることを検出済み器官活動が示していると前記器官モニター装置が判断した場合のみ、前記無線救難信号を送信するように前記無線送信機が前記器官モニター装置によって起動される、請求項27に記載の植込み型医療装置。
- モニター装置が、ペースメーカ、植込み型除細動器、およびそれらの組み合わせのうちの1つを有する、請求項25に記載の植込み型医療装置。
- 前記モニター装置が除細動器を有し、器官を刺激するために前記除細動器が起動された場合のみ、前記無線救難信号を送信するように前記無線送信機が前記モニター装置によって起動される、請求項25に記載の植込み型医療装置。
- 前記無線送信機が、外部システムに前記無線救難信号を送信するように構成され、前記外部システムが、前記無線救難信号に応答して遠隔地に救難連絡を行うように構成される、請求項25に記載の植込み型医療装置。
- 前記外部システムが、それに近接している間に前記無線送信機と通信するために構成されたポータブル・ユニットである、請求項31に記載の植込み型医療装置。
- 前記外部システムが、前記外部システムの位置を決定するように構成されたロケータ装置を有する、請求項31に記載の植込み型医療装置。
