Claims (20)
- 複数のセンサから入力を受信し、前記センサから受信される少なくともいくつかの入力を示すメッセージを生成し、前記センサから受信される入力のアーチファクトの程度を決定し、前記程度に基づき、どの前記メッセージがフォワードされるべきかを決定するよう構成されるコグニティブモニタと、
前記コグニティブモニタから前記メッセージを受信し、利用可能な通信パラメタの中から選択し、前記メッセージを無線で通信するコグニティブ無線機とを有する、コグニティブ監視無線装置。 - 動作状態を感知するヘルスケア装置に接続される複数のセンサを更に含み、前記センサが、前記コグニティブモニタに接続される、請求項1に記載のコグニティブ監視無線装置。
- 前記コグニティブモニタが、
ルール及び他の利用可能な情報に基づき前記センサからの入力の論理的解析を実行する分別器を含む、請求項1に記載のコグニティブ監視無線装置。 - 前記コグニティブモニタが、
前記論理的解析に使用するため前記センサからの入力の特性を受信する監視機能入力部と、
前記論理的解析に使用するため異なる潜在的入力の中での関係の記述を受信するアプリケーション要件入力部と、
前記センサから受信される入力のアーチファクトの程度を決定し、前記程度に応じて前記入力をランク付けするためのデータを与えるランキング要素入力部と、
前記論理的解析に使用するため利用可能な帯域幅の特性を前記コグニティブ無線機から受信する帯域幅機会入力部と、
前記論理的解析に使用するため現在の使用環境を表すデータを受信する環境特性入力部とのうちの少なくとも1つを更に含む、請求項3に記載のコグニティブ監視無線装置。 - 前記分別器により実行される論理的解析が、前記ランキング要素入力部により与えられるランク付け、前記コグニティブ無線機からの前記帯域幅機会入力部により与えられる利用可能な帯域幅、アプリケーション要件入力部により与えられるアプリケーション要件、及びどのメッセージが送信されるべきかを決定する他の入力を用いる、請求項4に記載のコグニティブ監視無線装置。
- 前記分別器が、前記コグニティブ無線機の通信特性に関する論理的決定を行い、前記分別器は、
前記論理的決定をするのに使用するため通信パラメタに関する規制的制約を受信するポリシ記述入力部と、
前記論理的決定をするのに使用するため前記コグニティブ無線機の特性及び限界を表す入力を受信するデバイス機能入力部と、
前記コグニティブ無線機により経験される現在の通信環境を表すデータを受信する現在送信/受信状態入力部と、
周波数帯機会管理のためのアルゴリズムを受信する無線領域情報入力部とのうち少なくとも1つを更に含む、請求項3に記載のコグニティブ監視無線装置。 - 前記分別器により実行される論理的決定が、前記コグニティブ無線機により使用されることになる無線周波数通信パラメタを表す提案を生成する、請求項6に記載のコグニティブ監視無線装置。
- 前記通信パラメタが、周波数、最大許容出力、コード及びプロトコルを含む、請求項7に記載のコグニティブ監視無線装置。
- 前記ヘルスケアデバイスが、撮像器及びポータブルな患者運搬生理状態モニタのいずれかである、請求項2に記載のコグニティブ監視無線装置。
- 生理状態を測定するため患者に固定されるよう適用される複数のセンサを更に含み、前記センサが、前記コグニティブモニタに接続される、請求項1に記載のコグニティブ監視無線装置。
- 前記コグニティブモニタが、推測エンジンと、ルール入力から受信される複数のルールを格納するメモリとを含み、前記推測エンジンは、どの情報がリモートの監視端末に送信されるべきかを決定するためのルールに基づき、前記センサからの受信入力を解析する、請求項1に記載のコグニティブ監視無線装置。
- 複数のセンサから入力を受信するステップと、
前記センサから受信される少なくともいくつかの入力を示す1つ又は複数のメッセージを生成し、前記センサから受信される入力のアーチファクトの程度を決定し、前記程度に基づきどの前記メッセージがフォワードされるべきかを決定するステップと、
利用可能な通信パラメタの中から選択するステップと、
前記フォワードされることになるメッセージを無線で通信するステップとを有する、コグニティブ監視方法。 - 利用可能な通信パラメタの中から選択するステップが、周波数、最大許容出力、コード及びプロトコルの中から選択するステップを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記センサを用いて、ヘルスケア装置の動作状態を感知するステップを更に含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記センサからの前記入力に関する論理的解析を実行するステップを更に含み、前記論理的解析ステップが、
前記センサからの入力の特性を表す監視機能と、
異なる可能性のある入力の中での関係を表すアプリケーション要件と、
前記センサからの前記受信入力におけるアーチファクトの程度が決定され、前記入力がランク付けされるランキングデータと、
前記メッセージの無線通信に利用可能な帯域幅の特性を表す帯域幅機会と、
現在の使用環境を表す環境特性とのうちの少なくとも1つに基づかれる、請求項12に記載の方法。 - 通信パラメタに関する論理的決定を実行するステップを更に含み、前記論理的決定が、
通信パラメタに関する規制的制約を表すポリシ記述と、
通信フォーマットを選択し前記メッセージを無線で通信するコグニティブ無線機の特性及び限界を表すデバイス機能と、
前記コグニティブ無線機により経験される現在の通信環境を表す現在送信/受信状態と、
周波数帯機会管理のためのアルゴリズムを含む無線領域情報とのうちの少なくとも1つに基づかれる、請求項12に記載の方法。 - 前記どのメッセージがフォワードされるべきかを決定するステップ及び利用可能な通信フォーマットの中から選択するステップが、前記センサからの前記受信入力を解析する推測エンジンを用いて、複数のルールが入力されるとき受信されるルールに関して、前記入力されたルールに基づき動作させるステップを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 監視デバイスであって、
1つ又は複数の入力パラメタに基づき送信されるべき1つ又は複数のメッセージを決定する装置と、
前記監視デバイスの位置に基づき1つ又は複数の通信パラメタを決定する装置と、
前記決定されたメッセージを通信する装置とを有する、監視デバイス。 - 前記送信されるメッセージが、ルールセットに基づかれる、請求項18に記載の監視デバイス。
- 前記ルールが、動的である、請求項19に記載の監視デバイス。
