Claims (8)
- 湿式の使用例のための金属製の摩擦面を加工する方法において、金属製の摩擦面をレーザで加工し、レーザ加工によって、金属製の摩擦面に熱的な歪みを形成することを特徴とする、湿式の使用例のための金属製の摩擦面を加工する方法。
- 対応金属薄板の金属製の摩擦面をレーザで加工する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 金属製の摩擦面をレーザでクリーニングする、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- レーザ加工によって、金属製の摩擦面に、微視的なかつ/または巨視的な構造/テクスチャを形成する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- レーザ加工によって、金属製の摩擦面に、規定されたかつ/または規定されていない構造/テクスチャを形成する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- レーザ加工によって、摩擦面の摩擦係数、流過特性および/またはトライボロジ特性を目的に合わせて変化させる、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- レーザ加工によって、金属製の摩擦面に溝および/または凹部を形成する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 摩擦面のレーザ加工を付加的な熱処理と組み合わせる、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
