Abstract
Description
本発明の一態様の撮像装置のための検査器は、撮像装置のための検査器であって、上記撮像装置の外装体の外部に露出する上記撮像装置の光学系を構成する先端光学部材の表面に対して密着する第1面、及び該第1面の反対面である第2面を有し、該第2面から当該第1面に至る厚みを予め定めた寸法に設定し、予め定めた屈折率である透光性部材で形成された画角変換光学部材と、上記画角変換光学部材の上記第2面に密着して設けられるチャート面を有し、該チャート面が上記画角変換光学部材を通して上記撮像装置によって撮像される試験用チャートと、上記試験用チャートのチャート面を照明する照明部と、を具備し、上記試験用チャートは、透過型のチャートであり、上記透過型のチャートのチャート面は、上記照明部から出射されて上記試験用チャートのチャート面とは反対側の面から上記先端光学部材に向けて入射される照明光によって照射される。
Claims (4)
- 撮像装置のための検査器であって、
上記撮像装置の外装体の外部に露出する上記撮像装置の光学系を構成する先端光学部材の表面に対して密着する第1面、及び該第1面の反対面である第2面を有し、該第2面から当該第1面に至る厚みを予め定めた寸法に設定し、予め定めた屈折率である透光性部材で形成された画角変換光学部材と、
上記画角変換光学部材の上記第2面に密着して設けられるチャート面を有し、該チャート面が上記画角変換光学部材を通して上記撮像装置によって撮像される試験用チャートと、
上記試験用チャートのチャート面を照明する照明部と、
を具備し、
上記試験用チャートは、反射型のチャートであり、
上記反射型のチャートのチャート面は、上記照明部から出射されて上記画角変換光学部材の上記第1面と上記第2面との間に位置する側面から該画角変換光学部材内に入射する照明光によって照射される、
ことを特徴とする撮像装置のための検査器。 - 撮像装置のための検査器であって、
上記撮像装置の外装体の外部に露出する上記撮像装置の光学系を構成する先端光学部材の表面に対して密着する第1面、及び該第1面の反対面である第2面を有し、該第2面から当該第1面に至る厚みを予め定めた寸法に設定し、予め定めた屈折率である透光性部材で形成された画角変換光学部材と、
上記画角変換光学部材の上記第2面に密着して設けられるチャート面を有し、該チャート面が上記画角変換光学部材を通して上記撮像装置によって撮像される試験用チャートと、
上記試験用チャートのチャート面を照明する照明部と、
を具備し、
上記試験用チャートは、透過型のチャートであり、
上記透過型のチャートのチャート面は、上記照明部から出射されて上記試験用チャートのチャート面とは反対側の面から上記先端光学部材に向けて入射される照明光によって照射される、
ことを特徴とする撮像装置のための検査器。 - 上記試験用チャートのチャート面が密着して設けられた上記画角変換光学部材が取り付けられる第1取付部と、
上記照明部から出射される照明光が上記試験用チャートのチャート面を照射するように該照明部が取り付けられる第2取付部と、
上記撮像装置の光学系を構成する上記先端光学部材の表面が上記画角変換光学部材の上記第1面に密着するように上記撮像装置を備える上記外装体が取り付けられる第3取付部と、
を有する検査器本体を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の撮像装置のための検査器。 - 上記透光性部材は、フッ素樹脂、シリコーンゴム、アクリルゴム、エラストマーの何れか1つであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の撮像装置のための検査器。
