Description
Claims (32)
- 内視鏡の先端の撮像装置のための照明装置であって、
内視鏡の先端で幾何軸に沿って延伸する照明キャリアと、
複数のマイクロLEDとを含み、各マイクロLEDが、そこから照射が行われ、端縁の長さまたは対角線に関して500μm未満の最大横方向広がりを有する主表面を有し、かつ電気励起によって、内視鏡の先端の環境の少なくともいくつかの部分を照明するように、照明キャリア上に配列され、
照明キャリアが、支持領域と、開口領域と、照明領域とを含み、開口領域が、照明領域と支持領域との間で幾何軸に沿って延伸し、マイクロLEDが、照明領域に配列され、かつ、支持領域が、内視鏡の先端に配設され、それにより内視鏡の先端の環境の光学画像を記録できるようになっている、照明装置。 - 複数のマイクロLEDが、アレイとしてまたはライン形状で照明キャリアの外側領域上に配列される、請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 照明キャリアが、少なくとも10のマイクロLEDを含む、請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- マイクロLEDが、各々、照射が行われる、300μm未満、100μm未満、または10μm未満の前記最大横方向広がりを有する主表面を含む、請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- マイクロLEDの主表面の面積が0.01mm 2 以下である、請求項4に記載の照明装置。
- 照明キャリアが、内視鏡の先端で機械的に接続可能である、請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 照明キャリアが、シフト可能に内視鏡の先端に配設され、かつ、幾何軸に沿ってシフト可能である、請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- マイクロLEDの少なくとも一部が各々マイクロレンズを備える、請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- マイクロLEDの少なくとも一部が散光器を備える、請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 照明キャリアが、マイクロLEDを保護するための化合物を含む、請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 化合物が散光器を構成する、請求項10に記載の照明装置。
- 照明キャリアが、透明のガラスまたは半透明のプラスチックを含む、請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- マイクロLEDが、キャリア箔により照明キャリア上に配列される、請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- キャリア箔が、マイクロLEDに接触するための導電トレースを含む、請求項13に記載の照明装置。
- 導電トレースが透明に形成される、請求項14に記載の照明装置。
- マイクロLEDの少なくとも一部が、パルス化態様で制御可能である、請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- マイクロLEDの少なくとも一部が、相互に別々に制御可能である、請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 異なるマイクロLEDが、異なる波長で光を発する、請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 撮像装置が、先端に対物レンズを有する光学素子を備える、請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 撮像装置が、全周検知のため先端に全周後方観察の光学素子を備える、請求項19に記載の照明装置。
- 撮像装置がCCDカメラを含む、請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 照明キャリアは、照明キャリアの異なる照明位置を提供するために、内視鏡の先端にシフト可能に配設された支持領域にあるソケット管として実現される、請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 照明キャリアは、リング形状の照明領域を有する、請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- マイクロLEDは、リング形状の照明領域に配列される、請求項23に記載の照明装置。
- 照明キャリアは、リング形状の照明領域を保持するための複数のリブを有し、複数のリブは、リング形状の照明領域と支持領域との間に配設される、請求項23に記載の照明装置。
- 照明領域は、前方のリングを有し、マイクロLEDは、前方のリングに配列される、請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 請求項1に記載の照明装置の作動方法であって、
起動手段がマイクロLEDの電気励起によってマイクロLEDを起動するステップを含む、作動方法。 - 制御手段がマイクロLEDの少なくとも一部をパルスで制御するステップを含む、請求項27に記載の作動方法。
- 制御手段がマイクロLEDの少なくとも一部を別々に制御するステップを含む、請求項27に記載の作動方法。
- シフト手段が、照明キャリアをシフトさせて、先端の環境の照明を変化させるステップをさらに含む、請求項27に記載の作動方法。
- 内視鏡先端の撮像装置のための照明装置を製造する方法であって、
キャリア箔上にマイクロLEDのアレイを設けるステップを備え、マイクロLEDが各々、そこから照射を行う、端縁の長さまたは対角線に関して500μm未満の最大横方向広がりを有する主表面を有し、さらに、
支持領域と、開口領域と、照明領域とを含む照明キャリアを設けるステップを備え、開口領域が、照明領域と支持領域との間で幾何軸に沿って延伸し、マイクロLEDが、照明領域に配列され、かつ、支持領域が、内視鏡の先端に配設され、それにより内視鏡の先端の環境の光学画像を開口領域を介して記録できるようになっており、さらに、
内視鏡の先端で幾何軸に沿って延伸して、マイクロLEDの電気励起によって、内視鏡の先端の環境の少なくともいくつかの部分を照明することができる照明キャリアの上にキャリア箔を配設するステップを備える、方法。 - マイクロLEDのアレイが、照明キャリアの表面領域上に、照明キャリアの表面領域に対して相違する第1および第2の照射方向を有するマイクロLEDの第1及び第2の隣接するグループを含むように、キャリア箔が配設される、請求項31に記載の方法。
