- マイクロセルラー発泡体製造装置であって、押出機シリンダ(1)と、その内部にコア(2c)及びコア(2c)の周囲を動く螺旋状フライト(2b)を備えた押出機スクリュ(2)とが設置され、前記装置が、前記シリンダ(1)と前記押出機スクリュ(2)とにより画定された内部空間(5)へのポリマー基材の供給に適してなり、前記シリンダ(1)に形成されてかつ前記内部空間(5)と連通する供給部入口(8a)に接続されてなる供給部(8)を有し、押出口(8b)が前記シリンダ(1)に形成され、前記装置が、前記内部空間(5)に発泡剤を供給する手段と前記スクリュ(2)を回転させる手段とをさらに具備してなり、

前記ノズル(3a)と異なるノズルに対応するノズルオリフィス(3aa)が前記内部空間(5)に設置されたディスク(32a)の表面(F)に設置され、前記ディスク(32a)のマントル(P)が前記孔部(3)と異なる孔部近傍で前記シリンダ(1)の内壁(1a)に接触しており、前記発泡剤を導く流路(35、37)が前記ディスク(32a)のマントル(P)に形成され、溶融体流路(36)が前記ディスク(32a)の2つの表面(F)間に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記ディスク(32)が焼結金属製であり、前記ノズル(3a)のノズルオリフィス(3aa)が前記ディスク(32)の多孔質表面(F)の多孔部であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記ノズル(3a)のノズルオリフィス(3aa)が前記ディスク(32)の2つの表面(F)間に形成された溶融体流路(36)の内面に設置されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも2枚のディスク(32)が隣接して設置され、第1のディスク(32)が前記スクリュ(2)に取り付けられている一方、第2のディスク(32)が前記シリンダ(1)の内面(1a)に取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- マイクロセルラー発泡体製造方法であって、押出機シリンダ(1)と、その内部にコア(2c)及びコア(2c)の周囲を動く螺旋状フライト(2b)を備えた押出機スクリュ(2)との間に形成された内部空間(5)に、スクリュ(2)が回転している間、ポリマー基材と発泡剤とを供給する工程と、前記シリンダ(1)から押出口(8b)を経て前記ポリマー基材と前記発泡剤とを含んでなる組成物を押し出す工程とを含んでなる方法であって、
前記発泡剤が少なくとも1つのノズル(3a)のノズルオリフィス(3aa)を経て前記内部空間(5)に送給され、前記ノズルオリフィス(3aa)が、前記ノズルオリフィス(3aa)と表面(2c1)との間にゼロ(0)よりも大きい距離で、前記コア(2c)の表面(2c1)と前記シリンダ(1)の内面(1a)との間に設置されてなり、
前記発泡剤が、前記シリンダ(1)の壁部(1b)に形成された孔部(3)を経て、前記ノズル(3a)に送給され、
前記コア(2c)の周りに設置されたディスク(32)が内部空間(5)に設置され、溶融体流路(36)が前記ディスク(32)の2つの表面(F)間に形成され、前記ノズル(3a)のノズルオリフィス(3aa)が前記ディスク(32)上に載置されていることを特徴とする、マイクロセルラー発泡体製造方法。 - 前記ノズル(3a)のノズルオリフィス(3aa)が前記ディスク(32)の表面(F)に設置されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記ノズル(3a)のノズルオリフィス(3aa)が前記溶融体流路(36)の内面に設置されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも2枚の連続したディスク(32)が用いられ、前記ディスク(32)が前記スクリュ(2)又はシリンダ(1)に取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
