Abstract
PURPOSE:To omit preblending and kneading procedures for mixing by extruding and adding a liquid material in a fused resin in the cylinder of an extruding material by way of a 5-100mu porous pressure passage. CONSTITUTION:A screw 3 running in the cylinder 2 of an extruding machine is provided with a nozzle 10 at an annulus hollow 5. A pressure passage 9 made of porous sintered metal or the like is fixed on the tip of the nozzle 10, the pore being sized at 5-100mu. A liquid material is pressed into the nozzle 10 by way of a line 32 and then added into a thermoplastic resin the flow rate of which has been decreased by a divergent path 6 by way of the porous pressure passage 9, thus obtaining an even mixture.
