Claims (17)
- マイクロセルラー発泡体製造装置であって、押出機シリンダ(1)と、その内部に螺旋状フライト(2b)が設けられてなりかつコア(2c)の周囲を動く押出機スクリュ(2)とが設置され、前記装置が、前記シリンダ(1)と前記押出機スクリュ(2)とにより画定された内部空間(5)へのポリマー基材の供給に適してなり、前記シリンダ(1)に形成されてかつ前記内部空間(5)と連通する供給部入口(8a)に接続されてなる供給部(8)を有し、押出口(8b)が前記シリンダ(1)に形成され、前記装置が、前記内部空間(5)に発泡剤を供給する手段と前記スクリュ(2)を回転させる手段とをさらに具備してなり、
前記発泡剤を供給する手段が孔部(3)に接続された少なくとも1つのノズル(3a)であり、前記内部空間(5)に開口した前記ノズルのノズルオリフィス(3aa)が、前記ノズルオリフィス(3aa)と表面(2c1)との間の距離がゼロ(0)よりも大きいように、前記コア(2c)の表面(2c1)と前記シリンダ(1)の内面(1a)との間に設置されていることを特徴とする、マイクロセルラー発泡体製造装置。 - 投入開口部(B)を有する発泡剤流入路(7)が前記スクリュ(2)のコア(2c)に形成され、前記ノズル(3a)が前記スクリュ(2)の壁部(2a)に形成された前記孔部(3)に接続され、前記孔部(3)が前記流入路(7)に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ノズル(3a)のノズルオリフィス(3aa)が多孔質表面の多孔部であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記ノズル(3a)に前記ノズル(3a)の軸(T)回りに回転可能な回転部分(19)が設けられ、前記ノズルオリフィス(3aa)の軸(t)が前記軸(T)と一定の角度をなし、前記回転部分(19)に羽根(21)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。

- 前記ノズル(3a)が前記シリンダ(1)の壁部(1b)に形成された前記孔部(3)に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ノズル(3a)のノズルオリフィス(3aa)が前記内部空間(5)に設置されたディスク(32a)の表面(F)に設置され、前記ディスク(32a)のマントル(P)が前記孔部(3)近傍で前記シリンダ(1)の内壁(1a)に接触しており、前記発泡剤を導く流路(35、37)が前記ディスク(32a)のマントル(P)に形成され、溶融体流路(36)が前記ディスク(32a)の2つの表面(F)間に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記ディスク(32)が焼結金属製であり、前記ノズル(3a)のノズルオリフィス(3aa)が前記ディスク(32)の多孔質表面(F)の多孔部であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。

- マイクロセルラー発泡体製造方法であって、押出機シリンダ(1)と、その内部に設けられた、螺旋状フライト(2b)を備えてコア(2c)の周囲を動く押出機スクリュ(2)との間に形成された内部空間(5)に、スクリュ(2)が回転している間、ポリマー基材と発泡剤とを供給する工程と、前記シリンダ(1)から押出口(8b)を経て前記ポリマー基材と前記発泡剤とを含んでなる組成物を押し出す工程とを含んでなる方法であって、
前記発泡剤が少なくとも1つのノズル(3a)のノズルオリフィス(3aa)を経て前記内部空間(5)に計量され、前記ノズルオリフィス(3aa)が、前記ノズルオリフィス(3aa)と前記表面(2c1)との間にゼロ(0)よりも大きい距離で、前記コア(2c)の表面(2c1)と前記シリンダ(1)の内面(1a)との間に設置されていることを特徴とする、マイクロセルラー発泡体製造方法。 - 前記発泡剤が、前記スクリュ(2)のコア(2c)に形成されて投入開口部(B)を有する流入路(7)と、前記スクリュ(2)の壁部(2a)に形成されて前記表面(2c1)を前記流入路(7)に接続している孔部(3)とを経て、前記ノズル(3a)に計量されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記発泡剤が、前記シリンダ(1)の壁部(1b)に形成された孔部(3)を経て、前記ノズル(3a)に計量されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記コア(2c)の周りに設置されたディスク(32)が内部空間(5)に設置され、溶融体流路(36)が前記ディスク(32)の2つの表面(F)間に形成され、前記ノズル(3a)のノズルオリフィス(3aa)が前記ディスク(32)上に載置されていることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記ノズル(3a)のノズルオリフィス(3aa)が前記ディスク(32)の表面(F)に設置されていることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記ノズル(3a)のノズルオリフィス(3aa)が前記溶融体流路(36)の内面に設置されていることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも2枚の連続したディスク(32)が用いられ、前記ディスク(32)が前記スクリュ(2)又はシリンダ(1)に取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項14〜16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
