Claims (7)
- 射出成型処理でスタティックミキサーのための設置体の製造方法であって、
500バール以下の射出圧力で、射出口において、通路に発泡剤を含有しているポリマーメルトを射出するステップと、
壁の厚さに対する流路の長手方向寸法の割合が少なくとも10である状態で、通路内に発泡剤を含有している前記ポリマーメルトの少なくとも部分的な発泡している、発泡剤を含有しているポリマーメルトで前記通路を充填するステップと、を含み、
前記通路において少なくとも部分的に発泡された、前記発泡剤を含有している前記ポリマーメルトを冷却するステップと、
前記スタティックミキサーの形成のために、前記ポリマーメルトを凝固するステップと、
前記通路の断面を拡大するステップと、
前記スタティックミキサーを取り除くステップと、
を備えることを特徴とする製造方法。 - 発泡剤を含有しているポリマーメルトからスタティックミキサーのための設置体を製造するための射出成型工具であって、
通路と、
前記通路が前記スタティックミキサーのための前記設置体の寸法を有する状態で、前記通路内に発泡剤を含有しているポリマーメルトを導入するための射出開口部と、
を含み、
前記通路は、少なくなくとも10の、前記設置体の壁の厚さに対する前記流路の長手方向寸法の割合を有し、
前記射出開口部の領域における射出圧力は、500バール以下であることを特徴とする射出成型工具。 - 前記通路は、長手方向軸を有し、
前記長手方向軸は、前記スタティックミキサーのための前記設置体の長手方向軸に対応し、
前記通路は、断面通路領域を有し、
前記断面通路領域は、ポリマーメルトの流れの方向に対して略垂直に配置され、
前記断面通路領域は、幅寸法及び厚さ寸法を有し、
前記幅寸法は、前記スタティックミキサーのための前記設置体の平均の壁の厚さに対応し、前記通路は、前記スタティックミキサーのための前記設置体の幾何学的な形状を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の射出成型工具。 - 前記厚さ寸法は、2.5mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の射出成型工具。
- 前記通路は、メイン通路及び複数の側部通路を有することを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載の射出成型工具。
- 第1の側部通路は、プレート要素の形状を有し、
前記プレート要素は、前記第1の側部通路の前記長さによって、幅寸法によって、及び厚さ寸法によって決定され、
前記第1の側部通路の前記プレート要素の前記長さは、前記第1の側部通路の前記長手方向軸の方向で延在し、
前記幅寸法によって、及び前記厚さ寸法によってスパンされた前記断面通路領域は、前記長さに対して実質的に垂直に配置されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の射出成型工具。 - 第2の側部通路は、プレート要素の形状を有するように設けられ、
その厚さ寸法が前記長手方向軸の方向に延在し、前記長手方向寸法によって及び前記幅寸法によってスパンされた前記平面が、前記長手方向軸に対して所定の角度で配置されることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の射出成型工具。
