Claims (9)
- バッテリーパックの火災発生如何を感知する火災感知センサと、
内部空間に消火剤を貯蔵し、前記バッテリーパックの内部と連結されて前記消火剤を流出させる流出口、移動を通じて前記消火剤を前記流出口の方向へ押し出して前記消火剤を前記流出口に流出させるピストン、及び爆発したときの爆発力によって前記ピストンを移動させる駆動力を提供する爆薬であって、前記爆発したときの爆発力が前記ピストンに伝達される位置に設けられた爆薬を備える消火剤貯蔵タンクと、
前記火災感知センサによって火災発生が感知された場合、前記消火剤貯蔵タンクの爆薬を爆発させて前記ピストンを移動させることで、前記消火剤貯蔵タンクの消火剤を前記バッテリーパックの内部に注入させる制御部と、
を含み、
前記消火剤貯蔵タンクは、前記流出口を開閉する第1流出弁をさらに備え、前記第1流出弁は、前記制御部が前記火災感知センサから火災感知信号を受信すれば、前記制御部の制御によって開放され、前記第1流出弁が前記制御部の制御によって開放された後、前記制御部が前記消火剤貯蔵タンクに貯蔵された爆薬を爆発させることを特徴とするバッテリーパックの火災鎭圧装置。 - 前記消火剤貯蔵タンクが、前記流出口に設けられて前記流出口を閉鎖し、前記消火剤貯蔵タンク内部の圧力が一定水準以上になる場合、前記流出口を開放するキャップをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパックの火災鎭圧装置。
- 前記火災感知センサが、温度センサ、衝撃センサ及び圧力センサのうちの1つ以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパックの火災鎭圧装置。
- 前記バッテリーパックの少なくとも一部分に設けられ、前記バッテリーパックの内部ガスを外部に排出するガス排出部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパックの火災鎭圧装置。
- 前記ガス排出部が、前記バッテリーパックの内部から外部に貫設されたガス排出口、及び前記ガス排出口を開閉するガス弁を備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリーパックの火災鎭圧装置。
- 前記消火剤が、液体または気体状態で前記バッテリーパックの内部に注入されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパックの火災鎭圧装置。
- 前記制御部が、前記バッテリーパックのBMSによって具現されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパックの火災鎭圧装置。
- 請求項1ないし請求項7のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックの火災鎭圧装置を含むバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1ないし請求項7のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックの火災鎭圧装置を含む自動車。
