Description
上述した実施形態では、位相α、βを調整することで、コンデンサ14、15a、15bの電圧値を制御する場合について説明した。しかしながら、コンデンサ14、15a、15bの電圧値を制御する際に、位相α、βを調整することに制限するものではない。
Claims (6)
- 単相交流電力を直流電力に変換する電力変換装置であって、
コンデンサを有すると共に、前記コンデンサと並列に、自己消弧能力を有する第1の可制御スイッチングデバイス及び第2の可制御スイッチングデバイスが、前記単相交流電力を供給する電源と接続される第1の接続点を介して2個直列に接続され、前記コンデンサと並列に、第3の可制御スイッチングデバイス及び第4の可制御スイッチングデバイスが、第2の接続点を介して2個直列に接続され、可制御スイッチングデバイス毎にダイオードが逆並列に接続される単相2レベルコンバータと、
2個直列接続されたコンデンサを有すると共に、前記2個直列接続されるコンデンサと並列に、第5の可制御スイッチングデバイス及び第6の可制御スイッチングデバイスが、前記第2の接続点と接続される第3の接続点を介して2個直列に接続され、前記2個直列接続されるコンデンサと並列に、第7の可制御スイッチングデバイス及び第8の可制御スイッチングデバイスが、第4の接続点を介して2個直列に接続され、前記第4の接続点から中性点までの経路上に、第9の可制御スイッチングデバイスと第10の可制御スイッチングデバイスとを逆極性に直列接続する双方向スイッチが設けられ、可制御スイッチングデバイス毎にダイオードが逆並列に接続される単相3レベルコンバータと、
前記単相2レベルコンバータが有する前記コンデンサの電圧値、又は前記単相3レベルコンバータが有する2個直列接続されたコンデンサの電圧値を検出する電圧検出部と、
前記電圧検出部が検出した、前記単相2レベルコンバータが有する前記コンデンサの電圧値、及び前記単相3レベルコンバータが有する2個直列接続されたコンデンサの電圧値に基づいて、前記単相3レベルコンバータの出力周期内で、前記単相3レベルコンバータの出力電圧を5段階で調整可能とする、当該単相3レベルコンバータが有する前記可制御スイッチングの切り替えタイミングを表した位相を制御する制御部と、
を備える車両用電力変換装置。 - 前記制御部は、さらに、前記単相2レベルコンバータが有する前記コンデンサの電圧値、及び前記単相3レベルコンバータが有する2個直列接続されたコンデンサの電圧値を調整する際、前記5段階で調整可能とする前記位相のうち、全電圧に上昇させる位相と半電圧に上昇させる位相とを、それぞれ異なるコンデンサの電圧値の調整に割り当てる、
請求項1に記載の車両用電力変換装置。 - 前記制御部は、さらに、前記全電圧に上昇させる位相を、前記単相3レベルコンバータが有する2個直列接続されたコンデンサの電圧値の調整に割り当て、前記半電圧に上昇させる位相を、前記単相2レベルコンバータが有するコンデンサの電圧値の調整に割り当てる、
請求項2に記載の車両用電力変換装置。 - 前記制御部は、さらに、前記単相2レベルコンバータが有するコンデンサの電圧値が所定の第1の基準値を下回った場合に、前記全電圧に上昇させる位相を、前記単相2レベルコンバータが有するコンデンサの電圧値の調整に割り当てる、
請求項3に記載の車両用電力変換装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記単相3レベルコンバータが有する2個直列接続されたコンデンサの各々の電圧値を調整する際に、1周期のうち、第1の半周期を一方のコンデンサの電圧値を調整するために位相を制御し、第2の半周期を他方のコンデンサの電圧値を調整するために位相を制御する、
請求項2又は3に記載の車両用電力変換装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記単相3レベルコンバータが有する2個直列接続されたコンデンサのうち、いずれか一方の電圧値が、当該コンデンサを使用可能な基準値として定められた第2の基準値より大きくなり、いずれか他方の電圧値が、前記第2の基準値より小さくなった場合に、前記5段階で調整可能とする前記位相のうち、全電圧に上昇させる位相及び半電圧に上昇させる位相のうちいずれか一方を用いて、前記2個直列接続されたコンデンサの各々の電圧値が、前記所定の第2の基準値に近づくように制御する、
請求項1乃至5のいずれか1つに記載の車両用電力変換装置。
