Claims (1)
- 修理対象において、形状が変化することにより又は形状が変化せずに塗装が損傷することにより生じた損傷個所を特定する損傷個所情報に基づき、前記損傷個所を修理するための作業を決定する損傷診断装置であって、
形状回復作業決定手段と、塗装作業決定手段と、作業実行時間決定手段と、作業時間工程決定手段と、表示制御手段を備え、
前記形状回復作業決定手段は、前記損傷個所によって指数に基づき請求可能額を決定し、
前記形状回復作業決定手段は、前記損傷個所情報により特定される前記損傷個所の損傷の程度に応じて、前記損傷個所の形状を回復するための形状回復作業を決定し、前記塗装作業決定手段は、前記形状回復作業により影響を受ける範囲を特定して塗装処理が必要となる塗装部位を特定し、当該塗装部位に対して塗装処理をするための塗装作業を決定して、前記形状回復作業決定手段及び前記塗装作業決定手段は、前記形状回復作業及び前記塗装作業に必要な経費を決定し、
前記形状回復作業決定手段及び前記塗装作業決定手段は、
前記経費が前記請求可能額を越えるならば前記形状回復作業及び前記塗装作業を変更し、
前記経費が前記請求可能額を超えないならば前記形状回復作業及び前記塗装作業を行うよう決定し、
前記形状回復作業決定手段及び前記塗装作業決定手段は、それぞれ、前記形状回復作業及び前記塗装作業を実現するための複数の個別作業の内容及び順番を決定し、
前記作業実行時間決定手段は、前記各個別作業の内容を実行するための作業実行時間を決定し、
前記作業時間工程決定手段は、前記各個別作業の前記作業実行時間、並びに、前記形状回復作業決定手段及び前記塗装作業決定手段が決定した前記個別作業の順番を用いて、前記各個別作業を実際に行う作業時間を特定して作業時間工程を決定し、
前記表示制御手段は、表示手段に対して、日にちごとに、前記作業時間工程を表示させる、損傷診断装置。
