Claims (19)
- ケース;
前記ケースの内側に位置する電極組立体;
前記電極組立体に電気的に連結される集電体;
前記集電体に連結される端子;および
前記電極組立体および前記集電体に電気的に連結される第1短絡誘導部材を含み、
前記第1短絡誘導部材は前記電極組立体と前記ケースとの間に位置し、
前記第1短絡誘導部材は第1ヒューズを含み、
前記第1短絡誘導部材は前記第1ヒューズを通して前記集電体に連結されることを特徴とする2次電池。 - 前記集電体は前記第1ヒューズの電気抵抗値と異なる電気抵抗値を有する第2ヒューズを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の2次電池。
- 前記端子は前記ケースの内側から前記ケースの外側に延長され、
前記集電体は第2ヒューズを含み、
前記第1ヒューズが前記第2ヒューズより前記端子にさらに近く形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の2次電池。 - 前記第1ヒューズは第1抵抗値を有し、
前記第2ヒューズは第2抵抗値を有し、
前記第1抵抗値が前記第2抵抗値より大きいことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の2次電池。 - 前記第1ヒューズは第1断面積を有し、
前記第2ヒューズは第2断面積を有し、
前記第1断面積が前記第2断面積より小さいことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の2次電池。 - 前記第1短絡誘導部材は、
前記電極組立体の無地部に重なり、前記第1ヒューズが前記集電体側に延長される第1平坦部、
前記無地部を除いた前記電極組立体の領域に重なる第2平坦部、および
前記第1、第2平坦部から折り曲げられた折曲部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の2次電池。 - 前記第1平坦部は無地部に付着し、前記第2平坦部は前記無地部を除いた前記電極組立体の前記領域に付着することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1ヒューズの幅は前記第1平坦部の幅より小さいことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1ヒューズは、
前記第1短絡誘導部材の第1平坦部から延長される第1領域、および
前記第1領域から折り曲げられ、前記集電体に付着する第2領域を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の2次電池。 - 前記第1短絡誘導部材の前記第1平坦部だけでなく、前記第1ヒューズの前記第1、第2領域、前記第2平坦部、および前記折曲部は同一材料で形成され、一体に形成されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1ヒューズの前記第1領域は少なくとも一つのホールまたは切開溝を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の2次電池。
- 第2短絡誘導部材および絶縁板をさらに含み、
前記第2短絡誘導部材は前記第1短絡誘導部材に重なり、
前記絶縁板は前記第1、第2短絡誘導部材の間に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の2次電池。 - 前記第1短絡誘導部材は前記絶縁板と前記電極組立体との間に介在することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の2次電池。
- 第2短絡誘導部材をさらに含み、
前記第2短絡誘導部材は前記電極組立体の第2無地部に付着する第1平坦部、前記第2無地部を除いた前記電極組立体の領域に付着する第3平坦部、および
前記第1、第3平坦部の間に延長される第2平坦部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の2次電池。 - 前記第1短絡誘導部材は多数の第1短絡誘導部材のうちのいずれか一つであり、
前記多数の第1短絡誘導部材のそれぞれは前記電極組立体の互いに異なる側面に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の2次電池。 - 前記電極組立体は多数の電極組立体のうちのいずれか一つであり、
前記第1短絡誘導部材は多数の第1短絡誘導部材のうちのいずれか一つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の2次電池。 - 前記集電体は第1領域、第2領域および第3領域を含み、
前記第1領域は前記電極組立体の無地部に連結され、
前記第3領域は前記端子に電気的に連結され、
前記第2領域は前記第1、第3領域の間で延長され、
前記第1ヒューズは前記第2領域または前記第3領域に連結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の2次電池。 - 前記集電体は第2ヒューズを含み、
前記第2ヒューズは前記集電体の前記第2領域または前記第3領域に形成されることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の2次電池。 - 前記第2ヒューズは前記第2領域に形成され、
前記第1ヒューズは前記第3領域に隣接して形成されることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の2次電池。
