Claims (12)
- 本体部および2つの対向端部を有する織り合わされた繊維から作られるプリフォーム(1)の長手方向(A)に沿った張力装置であって、該張力装置は、
− 前記プリフォームの前記本体部を支持する長手の本体(2)と、
− 前記本体の一端部に取り付けられた、前記プリフォームの第1組立部材と、
− らせん接続によって制御棒に取り付けられた、前記プリフォームの第2組立部材であって、前記制御棒自体は、軸周りに自由に回転するように本体の他端部に取り付けられた、第2組立部材と、
の同軸の部材を備え、
前記制御棒は、前記本体および前記第1組立部材から選択された少なくとも1つの部材に対して自由に回転することができ、
前記プリフォームの端部が、前記第1および第2組立部材に保持される場合に、これら同軸の部材は、互いに協働することができるように設計され、軸周りの前記制御棒の回転が、前記第2組立部材の前記軸周りの移動を引き起こすとともに、前記第1および第2組立部材が前記軸に沿って互いに離れる結果となり、前記長手方向(A)に沿って前記プリフォームに張力をかける、張力装置。 - 前記制御棒の回転中に、少なくとも1つの前記組立部材が、前記張力装置の外部の調整システムに対して固定保持されている、請求項1に記載の張力装置。

- 織り合わされた繊維プリフォーム(1)を根幹としてセラミックマトリックス複合材料から作られる前記長手方向に延在する中空部品の製造方法であって、該方法は、
a)作られる部品のプリフォーム(1)が、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の張力装置に配置されるステップと、
b)前記プリフォームの2つの端部が、前記張力装置の前記第1組立部材(3)および第2組立部材(4)それぞれに固定されるステップと、
c)前記制御棒を回転移動させることによって、前記プリフォーム(1)に張力をかけるために、前記第1組立部材(3)および第2組立部材(4)を前記長手方向に沿って互いに離れるように移動させるステップと、
d)前記プリフォームにおけるマトリックスの形成による前記プリフォームの緻密化を引き起こすために、張力がかけられた前記プリフォームに緻密化処理を施すステップであって、前記緻密化処理は、前記前記プリフォームの融解温度より低く、かつ前記装置の融解温度より低い温度にて行われる、ステップと、
e)前記緻密化されたプリフォームから前記張力装置(100)が取り除かれるステップと、
を備える方法。 - 前記回転移動が適用される際に、さらにステップc)が、前記第1および第2組立部材から選択された少なくとも1つの部材を前記張力装置の外部の調整システムに保持するステップからなる、請求項5に記載の製造方法。
- 前記プリフォームの前記2つの端部を固定するステップb)が、前記第1組立部材(3)および前記第2組立部材(4)の前記軸に方向づけられた前記プリフォームの前記2つの端部に半径方向の型締力を加えるために、前記プリフォームの前記2つの端部に締め付け手段(7)を設置することによって行われる、および/または第一に、前記第1組立部材(3)と、前記プリフォームの前記2つの端部の一方との間の境界面に、かつ第二に、前記第2組立部材(4)と、前記プリフォームの前記2つの端部の他方との間の境界面に、接着材料を付けることによって行われる、請求項5に記載の製造方法。

- 処理されたプリフォームが、作られる部品のマトリックス体積の5%より多く、かつ60%以下のマトリックス体積の割合を備える場合に、緻密化処理を前記プリフォームに施すステップd)が停止され、かつ該方法が、前記張力装置が取り除かれるステップe)の後に、ステップf)をさらに備え、該ステップf)は、前記プリフォームの緻密化を終了させるために、前記前記プリフォームの融解温度以下の温度にて、ステップe)の後で得られた前記プリフォームに緻密化処理を施すステップからなる、請求項5に記載の製造方法。
- 前記張力装置(100)の前記本体(2)が石英ガラスから作られ、かつ前記張力装置を取り除くステップe)が、酸、または塩基を用いた前記本体の薬品浸食によって行われる、請求項5〜11のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
