Description
Claims (13)
- バスバーの接続端子の先端と電圧検出用端子の先端とを向きを揃えて軸方向に挿通させる環状部材を備え、
前記環状部材は、前記接続端子と前記電圧検出用端子とを互いに押し付け合う方向に付勢する弾性変形部を有することを特徴とする二次電池モジュール。 - 前記環状部材は、環状の本体部を備え、
前記弾性変形部は、前記軸方向の両端が前記本体部に支持され、前記軸方向の中央部が湾曲して前記本体部の内側に突出していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。 - 前記接続端子と前記電圧検出用端子は、前記軸方向に延びる平板状に形成され、
前記電圧検出用端子の厚さは、前記接続端子の厚さよりも薄いことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の二次電池モジュール。 - 前記環状部材の表面に該環状部材よりも弾性率が低いメッキ層が設けられ、該環状部材は該メッキ層を介して前記接続端子と前記電圧検出用端子に接することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記電圧検出用端子の先端が、前記接続端子の先端よりも前記軸方向に突出していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記電圧検出用端子は、前記メッキ層との当接によって前記軸方向と交差する方向に弾性変形する可撓性を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記接続端子の先端部に前記環状部材の外側を向く傾斜面が設けられ、該先端部は先端に近いほど厚さが薄くなることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記弾性変形部は、弾性変形によって前記接続端子と前記電圧検出用端子とを3.5N/mm2以上の力で押しつけるように設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記環状部材は、前記接続端子と前記電圧検出用端子を挟持する一対の弾性変形部を有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記バスバーは、二次電池の外部端子に溶接されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記電圧検出用端子は、二次電池の電圧を検出する電圧検出基板にはんだ付けされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記環状部材は、導電性を有する金属材料によって構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記接続端子の先端と前記電圧検出用端子の先端とを、二次電池の電池容器の上面に沿う方向に向きを揃えて前記環状部材の軸方向に挿通させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。
