Claims (8)
- 100を超える厚み対長さの比率を持った薄肉部品を、共射出成形システムであって、44.64174454kcal/m・h・°C、すなわち51.92107995W/m・K超の平均熱伝導率を持つ材料から作られたマルチキャビティ金型、第1の材料及び異なる第2の材料のうち少なくとも1つを前記マルチキャビティ金型の金型キャビティ内に搬送するための第1のゲート、及び、ピストン付きのコントロールシステムであって、該ピストンを動作させて前記第1の材料と前記第2の材料のうちの一方を、6000psiの所定の溶融圧力に対して±30%の範囲内で変動する射出圧力で前記金型キャビティに搬送するコントロールシステムを有する射出成形システムにおいて成形する方法において、
前記第1の材料と前記第2の材料のうちの少なくとも1つを前記射出圧力で前記第1のゲートへ搬送するように、及び、射出開口部からの前記少なくとも1つの材料を前記金型キャビティの反対端部に充填する間、前記射出圧力を維持するように、前記ピストンを動作させること、
前記第2の材料と前記第1の材料の一定の相対的な搬送圧力を第1の期間中に維持するように、前記コントロールシステムを動作させること、
前記第1の材料の前記第2の材料に対する前記相対的な搬送圧力を第2の期間中に上昇させるように、前記コントロールシステムを動作させること、及び、
前記第2の材料の前記第1の材料に対する前記相対的な搬送圧力を前記第2の期間中に上昇させるように前記コントロールシステムを動作させた後で、前記第2の材料の前記第1の材料に対する前記相対的な搬送圧力を第3の期間中に低下させるように、前記コントロールシステムを動作させること
を含み、
前記第2の材料の前記第1の材料に対する前記相対的な搬送圧力を前記第3の期間中に低下させるように前記コントロールシステムを動作させる際に、前記第2の材料の前記第1の材料に対する前記相対的な搬送圧力を、前記第2の材料の搬送圧力が前記第2の期間中に前記第1の材料に対して上昇する量よりも多い量だけ、低下させる、方法。 - 請求項1の方法において、

前記第1及び前記第2の材料が、エチレンビニルアルコール(EVOH)を含む、方法。 - 請求項1の方法において、
前記第1及び前記第2の材料の前記金型キャビティへの搬送圧力であって、前記第2の材料を前記第1の材料とともに封入するために十分な搬送圧力を維持するように、前記コントロールシステムを動作させることをさらに含む、方法。
