Claims (4)
- 板部材の第1の端部と第2の端部とが対向するように前記板部材を筒状に成形して得られた筒状部材を送る送り機構と、
前記送り機構で送られている前記筒状部材を、前記第1の端部と前記第2の端部とが第1のスペーサを介して対向するように押圧する第1の押圧機構と、
溶接ガン、及び前記送り機構で送られながら前記第1の押圧機構で押圧された前記筒状部材がその内部に侵入し、前記第1の端部と前記第2の端部とが第2のスペーサを介して対向された状態に維持されるように前記筒状部材を保持しながら前記溶接ガンに向かってガイドするガイド部材を有する溶接部と、
を備え、
前記第1の押圧機構は、前記筒状部材における前記第1の端部側の中間部分と前記筒状部材における前記第2の端部側の中間部分とを対応して押圧する各々が回転自在な一対のローラを更に備え、前記第1のスペーサは、前記一対のローラ間に配置され、前記一対のローラは、前記第1のスペーサを挟んで、前記筒状部材の周方向に所定の締め代を与える壁面形状を有する環状孔部を協働して画成し、前記第1のスペーサは、前記第1の端部の端面及び前記第2の端部の端面同士が前記周方向で所定の間隔で対向した対向状態を実現して維持する溶接装置。 - 前記ガイド部材は、前記送り機構で送られている前記筒状部材を挿通自在な貫通孔、及び前記貫通孔に開けられた間隙部を有し、前記溶接ガンは、前記間隙部から当接された状態の前記第1の端部と前記第2の端部に臨む請求項1に記載の溶接装置。
- 更に、前記送り機構で送られながら前記溶接部で前記第1の端部と前記第2の端部とが溶接された前記筒状部材を押圧する第2の押圧機構を備え、前記第2の押圧機構は、前記筒状部材における溶接された前記第1の端部及び前記第2の端部と、前記筒状部材における前記溶接された前記第1の端部と前記第2の端部に対向する部分と、を対応して押圧する各々が回転自在な一対のローラを有する請求項1又は2に記載の溶接装置。
- 更に、前記送り機構で送られながら第2の押圧機構を経た前記筒状部材を押圧する第3の押圧機構を備え、前記第3の押圧機構は、前記筒状部材における溶接された前記第1の端部及び前記第2の端部と、前記筒状部材における前記溶接された前記第1の端部と前記第2の端部に対向する部分と、を対応して押圧する各々が回転自在な一対のローラを有する請求項3に記載の溶接装置。
