Claims (2)
- ハウジングの中へ導入される交換可能なランセット(34)を使用時に受け入れるためのハウジング(10、12)と、
前記ハウジングから前記ランセットの先端を突出させるために前記ランセットを瞬時に駆動するために作動可能な駆動機構(58、59)と、
発射されるとき前記ランセットが突出するために通過する開口を有するノーズ部(14)と、を備え、
前記ノーズ部(14)は、対向する外部領域を有する略円筒形の後部スカート部と、前記ハウジングの前端部(10)とネジ式に係合(78、81)される前部とを備え、前記ノーズ部(14)の前記前部が、前記ランセット先端の進入深さを事前設定できるようにするために前記ハウジングの前端部(10)とネジ式に係合(78、81)でき、
前記ノーズ部(14)の略円筒形の後部スカート部が、前記ノーズ部(14)の略円筒形の後部スカート部が回転しないようロックされる位置と、前記ノーズ部(14)の略円筒形の後部スカート部の対向する外部領域を押し込むことによって前記ノーズ部(14)の前記前部が自由に回転できる位置との間で弾性的に変形可能であることを特徴とする、外科針装置。 - 前記ノーズ部(14)の略円筒形の後部スカート部が、前記ハウジングの前端部(10)の表面上のまたは前記ハウジングの前端部(10)と関連付けられる1つまたはそれ以上の相補的当接面(80)に面するように配置される少なくとも1つの当接面(84)を有し、
該スカート部が、前記当接面(80、84)が前記ノーズ部の略円筒形の後部スカート部の回転移動を防止するまたはこれに抵抗するように相互に係合する位置と、前記当接面が相互に離れて回転を可能にする位置との間で弾性的に変形可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の外科針装置。
