Description
Claims (11)
- ハウジング(10、12)と、
前記ハウジングに導入される交換可能な細長いランセット(34)を使用時に受け入れる前記ハウジング内のランセットホルダー(22)と、
前記ハウジングから先端を突出させるために前記ランセットを瞬時に駆動するために作動可能な駆動機構(58、59)と、
前記ランセット(34)が前記ランセットホルダー(22)によって保持される相対的な角度位置及び前記ランセットが前記保持から解除される相対的な角度位置から前記ランセットの長手方向の軸の周りで前記ランセットホルダーと前記ランセットの中の一方を前記ランセットホルダーと前記ランセットの中の他方に対して相対的な角移動をさせるためのランセット解除要素(20)と、を備え、
使用時において、前記ランセットホルダーに保持されたランセットが、前記相対的な角移動によって前記ランセットホルダーから解放されることを特徴とする、外科針装置。 - 前記ランセットホルダー(22)が前記ハウジングに対して回転移動するように取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の外科針装置。
- 前記ハウジングが非円形断面の通路(74)を有し、前記通路を介して前記ランセット(34)が前記ハウジング(10、12)の中へ導入されることを特徴とする、非円形断面の部分を持つランセットと一緒に使用するための、請求項1または2に記載の外科針装置。
- 前記ランセットホルダー(22)は、前記ランセットが前記装置の中へ押し込まれるとき前記ランセットとスナップ式に係合(30)して前記ランセットを受け入れることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の外科針装置。
- 前記ランセットホルダー(22)が前記解除要素(20)とスライド可能にかつ回転不能に係合し、前記解除要素が前記ハウジング内に回転可能に配置されかつ外部からアクセス可能な部分(48)を有することを特徴とする、請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の外科針装置。
- 前記駆動機構が前記ハウジング内において発射準備完了位置へ移動可能なハンマー(58)を含み、前記解除要素(20)が前記ハンマーをその発射準備完了位置に弾性的にラッチ式に保持する(62)ことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の外科針装置。
- 発射されるとき前記ランセットが突出するために通過する開口を有するノーズ部(14)を含み、該ノーズ部が、前記ランセットの進入深さを事前設定できるようにするために前記ハウジングの前端部(10)とネジ式に係合(78、81)されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の外科針装置。
- 前記ノーズ部(14)が、前記ハウジング表面上のまたは前記ハウジングと関連付けられる1つまたはそれ以上の相補的当接面(80)に面するように配置される少なくとも1つの当接面(84)を有する略円筒形の後部スカート部を有し、
該スカート部が、前記当接面(80、84)が前記ノーズ部の回転移動を防止するまたはこれに抵抗するように相互に係合する位置と前記当接面が相互に離れて回転を可能にする位置との間で弾性的に変形可能であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の外科針装置。 - 外科針装置が前記ハウジングの前記前端部(40)に取り付けられるノーズ部組立品(98、104)を含み、
該ノーズ部組立品が前記ハウジングの前記前端部(10)にスライド可能にかつ回転不能に取り付けられるノーズ部要素(98)を備え、
該ノーズ部要素(98)が回転カラー(104)に係留され、
前記回転カラーが、前記外科針装置の進入深さを事前設定できるようにするために前記ハウジングの前記前端部とネジ式に係合されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の外科針装置。 - 前記外科針装置は、
前記ハウジングから前記ランセットの先端を突出させるために前記ランセットを瞬時に駆動するために作動可能な駆動機構(58、59)と、
発射されるとき前記ランセットが突出するために通過する開口を有するノーズ部(14)と、を備え、
前記ノーズ部が、前記ランセット先端の進入深さを事前設定できるようにするために前記ハウジング(10)の前端部とネジ式に係合(78、81)され、
前記ノーズ部(14)が、前記ノーズ部が回転しないようロックされる位置と前記ノーズ部が自由に回転できる位置との間で弾性的に変形可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の外科針装置。 - 前記外科針装置は、
前記ハウジング(10)の前端部に取り付けられるノーズ部組立品(98、104)を備え、
該ノーズ部組立品が、前記ハウジングの前記前端部にスライド可能にかつ回転不能に取り付けられるノーズ部要素(98)を備え、該ノーズ部要素が回転カラー(104)に係留され、前記回転カラーが、前記ランセット先端の進入深さを事前設定できるようにする
ために前記ハウジングの前記前端部とネジ式に係合されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の外科針装置。
