Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种一次性采血针。本实用新型属于医疗器具技术领域。一次性采血针,包括针管和设在针管内的针体,其特点是:针管内壁设有针体滑动的滑槽,滑槽前端有定位棱,针体一端连装有弹簧,针体另一端配装有伸缩帽,针体前端有楔形面,伸缩帽有斜端面与针体楔形面相对应,伸缩帽与针体安装时位于定位棱一侧,使用时伸缩帽压入推动针体移动至定位棱端时,针体旋转至棱的另一侧由弹簧弹出,使针尖从针管前端露出。本实用新型具有结构紧凑、使用方便、制作工艺简单、设备要求低、大大降低生产成本,可大规模化制作生产和推广使用等优点。

技术领域
本实用新型属于医疗器具技术领域,特别是涉及一种一次性采血针。
背景技术
目前,市场上采血针有多种方式,其中采血笔是一种较为先进的采用器具,具有方便、快速等优点。采血笔在使用时每次采血就是说针体为一次性的,而笔杆不是抛弃型的,因此,存在二次使用的危险性,容易造成病患间的相互感染,存在极大的安全隐患,而现有一次生抛弃型采血针存在结构复杂、制作工艺要求高、生产成高等技术缺陷,而且存使用不便,安全性差等问题。
发明内容
本实用新型为解决现有技术存在的问题,提供了一种一次性采血针。
本实用新型目的是提供一种结构简单,制作成本低,没有二次污染,使时更换笔头,也用方便等特点的一次性采血针。
本实用新型一次性采血针采用如下技术方案:
一次性采血针,包括针管和设在针管内的针体,其特点是:针管内壁设有针体滑动的滑槽,滑槽前端有定位棱,针体一端连装有弹簧,针体另一端配装有伸缩帽,针体前端有楔形面,伸缩帽有斜端面与针体楔形面相对应,伸缩帽与针体安装时位于定位棱一侧,使用时伸缩帽压入推动针体移动至定位棱端时,针体旋转至定位棱的另一侧由弹簧弹出,使针尖从针管前端露出。
本实用新型一次性采血针还可以采用如下技术措施:
所述的一次性采血针,其特点是:伸缩帽有针体滑动槽,针体旋转至定位棱的另一侧时,伸缩帽套装在针体上。
所述的一次性采血针,其特点是:针体上嵌有针,针尖设有针套。
所述的一次性采血针,其特点是:针套前端有扁平头,旋转扁平头方式断开针套与针体连接,拔出针套露出针尖。
所述的一次性采血针,其特点是:弹簧的松驰长度为保持针体的针尖缩入针管内的尺寸。
所述的一次性采血针,其特点是:针管为圆筒形、方形或棱形。
所述的一次性采血针,其特点是:针管圆筒形外表面设有防滚动平面。
所述的一次性采血针,其特点是:弹簧固定在盖上,盖与针管过盈配合安装在一起。
本实用新型具有的优点和积极效果:
一次性采血针,由于采用本实用新型全新的技术方案,因此,该采血针在使用前其弹簧几乎处在不压缩状态,长期存放不会导致弹簧变形,保证针尖弹出力度一致。该采血针由于取消发射按钮,避免了无意间压动按钮的误操作现象。同时,该采用针消除了二次使用的危险性,避免了病患间的相互感染,安全性大大提高。本实用新型具有结构紧凑、使用方便、制作工艺简单、设备要求低、大大降低生产成本,可大规模化制作生产和推广使用等优点。

为能进一步了解本实用新型的技术内容、特点及功效,兹列举以下实例,并配合附图详细说明如下:
实施例
参照附图1、图2、图3、图4、图5、图6、图7、图8、图9、图10、图11、图12和图13。
一次性采血针,包括针管和设在针管内的针体,针管1内壁设有针体滑动的滑槽4,滑槽4前端有定位棱5,针体一端连装有弹簧10,弹簧10固定在盖11上,盖11与针管1过盈配合安装在一起。针体7另一端配装有伸缩帽2,针体前端有楔形面,伸缩帽2有斜端面与针体楔形面8相对应,伸缩帽与针体7安装时位于定位棱5一侧,使用时伸缩帽2压入推动针体7移动至定位棱5端时,针体7旋转至棱的另一侧由弹簧10弹出,使针尖从针管前端露出。伸缩帽2有针体滑动槽6,针体7旋转至棱的另一侧时,伸缩帽2套装在针体7上。
体上嵌有针,针尖设有针套3。针套3前端有扁平头,旋转扁平头方式断开针套与针体连接,拔出针套露出针尖9。
弹簧的松驰长度为保持针体的针尖缩入针管内的尺寸。针管为圆筒形,圆筒形外表面设有防滚动两个平面。
本实施例的安装与使用:
安装时:针体前端楔形面与伸缩帽斜端面相对应,伸缩帽与针体安装时位于定位棱一侧,在弹簧的弹力作用下,针体推动伸缩帽,使伸缩帽露出针管。
使用时:旋拧针套使针套拔出针套露出针尖,手握针管使伸缩帽对准采血部位,推压针管从而向内压推伸缩帽,进而推动针体移动,压缩弹簧,待针体移动至定位棱端时,针体旋转至棱的另一侧由弹簧弹出,使针尖从针管前端露出。伸缩帽2有针体滑动槽6,针体7旋转至定位棱的另一侧时,伸缩帽2斜端面与针体楔形面8错开,针体楔形面8部分进入伸缩帽2的滑动槽6内,伸缩帽2套装在针体7上,针体7的针尖9弹露出伸缩帽2和针管1,实现采血针功能。待针尖弹出针管后,由于弹簧的松驰长度为保持针体的针尖缩入针管内的尺寸,从而弹簧再拉回针体使针尖缩入针管内。针管为圆筒形,圆筒形外表面设有两个平面,可有效防止采血针滚动,便于放置与使用。

Claims (8)

1.一次性采血针,包括针管和设在针管内的针体,其特征是:针管内壁设有针体滑动的滑槽,滑槽前端有定位棱,针体一端连装有弹簧,针体另一端配装有伸缩帽,针体前端有楔形面,伸缩帽有斜端面与针体楔形面相对应,伸缩帽与针体安装时位于定位棱一侧,使用时伸缩帽压入推动针体移动至定位棱端时,针体旋转至定位棱的另一侧由弹簧弹出,使针尖从针管前端露出。
2.按照权利要求1所述的一次性采血针,其特征是:伸缩帽有针体滑动槽,针体旋转至定位棱的另一侧时,伸缩帽套装在针体上。
3.按照权利要求1所述的一次性采血针,其特征是:针体上嵌有针,针尖设有针套。
4.按照权利要求3所述的一次性采血针,其特征是:针套前端有扁平头,旋转扁平头方式断开针套与针体连接,拔出针套露出针尖。
5.按照权利要求1所述的一次性采血针,其特征是:弹簧的松驰长度为保持针体的针尖缩入针管内的尺寸。
6.按照权利要求1所述的一次性采血针,其特征是:针管为圆筒形、方形或棱形。
7.按照权利要求6所述的一次性采血针,其特征是:针管圆筒形外表面设有防滚动平面。
8.按照权利要求1所述的一次性采血针,其特征是:弹簧固定在盖上,盖与针管过盈配合安装在一起。
