Description
− チャンバを排気するステップと、
− 浸炭温度まで徐々に均質化浸透のある段階で、放射または他の同等の手段によって、真空下で加熱するステップと、
− LPCの場合は制御された分圧下で、制御された質量流量で浸炭ガス状混合物を注入するステップと、
− 所望の深さおよび輪郭に応じた、拡散および浸炭シーケンスの連続のステップと
を含む。
Claims (3)
- 硬化表面領域の相を有する鋼製歯付歯車を製造する方法であって、硬化されるべき領域を有する構成部品のブランクを作成するステップと、次いで
浸炭するステップであり、この浸炭するステップに焼入れすることなく冷却するステップが続くステップと、
少なくとも1つの中周波または低周波電流発生器を用いて局部誘導加熱するステップであり、これが鋼のオーステナイト化温度まで歯車歯セットの深さ全体に施されるステップと、
焼入れするステップと
を含むことを特徴とする、方法。 - 材料が、少なくとも0.3%の炭素含有量を有する鋼である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 構成部品が、表面の炭素含有量が少なくとも0.8%であるように浸炭される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
