Claims (10)
- 角柱または円柱の金属ピンと、
前記金属ピンに巻き付けられた巻付部を有するアルミニウム線と、
前記金属ピンと前記巻付部の少なくとも一部とを接合する半田層と、
を備え、
前記巻付部の前記少なくとも一部が、前記アルミニウム線の延びる方向に垂直な断面に
おいて一部が消失することにより現れた変形面、を有し、
前記変形面が、前記金属ピンと径方向に対向し、
前記断面において、前記変形面と、前記金属ピンとの径方向間に、アルミニウム粒子が存在し、
前記半田層が、前記変形面に密着する、半田接合構造。 - 前記断面において、前記変形面と、前記アルミニウム線の原形の輪郭との間に、アルミニウム粒子が存在する、請求項1に記載の半田接合構造。
- 前記金属ピンの表面が、前記半田層内の前記アルミニウム線の部位に対向する溝を有す
る、請求項1ないし2のいずれかに記載の半田接合構造。 - 前記アルミニウム線の直径が、前記金属ピンの太さよりも小さい、請求項1ないし3の
いずれかに記載の半田接合構造。 - 前記巻付部の前記少なくとも一部が、前記アルミニウム線の直径よりも大きい間隙を空けて前記金属ピンに巻かれた粗巻部を有する、請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の半田接合構造。
- 前記巻付部が、前記アルミニウム線の直径以下の間隙を空けて、または、間隙を空ける
ことなく前記金属ピンに巻かれた密巻部を有する、請求項5に記載の半田接合構造。 - 前記金属ピンが樹脂製のインシュレータの表面から突出し、
前記粗巻部が前記金属ピンの先端部に設けられ、前記密巻部が前記金属ピンの根元部に設けられ、
前記半田層が前記根元部に設けられない、請求項6に記載の半田接合構造。 - 前記金属ピンが樹脂製のインシュレータの表面から突出し、
前記インシュレータの前記表面にアダプタが配置され、
前記アダプタが、前記金属ピンが挿入される挿入孔と、
外部電源および前記金属ピンに接続されたリード線を固定するリード線固定部と、
を備え、
前記半田層が前記金属ピンの先端部に設けられ、前記金属ピンの根元部に設けられず、 前記挿入孔内に樹脂が充填され、前記巻付部において前記挿入孔と前記先端部との間の部位の周囲が樹脂にて覆われる、請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の半田接合構造。 - 前記半田層における第1半田と、前記金属ピンと前記リード線とを接合する第2半田とを有し、前記第2半田の銀の含有率が、重量割合にて、前記第1半田の銀の含有率よりも小さい、請求項8に記載の半田接合構造。
- アルミニウム線を、角柱または円柱形状の金属ピンに巻き付けて巻付部を形成する工程と、超音波の付与を伴う半田付けにより、前記金属ピンと前記巻付部の少なくとも一部とを接合する半田層を形成する工程と、
を備え、
前記半田層を形成する工程により、前記巻付部の前記少なくとも一部において、前記アルミニウム線の延びる方向に垂直な断面における一部が消失する、半田接合方法。
