Description
Claims (2)
- 筐体内に第1吸込口から第1吹出口まで広がる気流の第1通路を有し、前記第1通路内に設けられた熱交換器により生成される冷気または暖気の気流を前記第1吹出口から吹き出す本体ユニットと、
前記第1吹出口の両側に設置されて、前記本体ユニットに対して水平軸線回りで姿勢変化自在に前記本体ユニットに支持され、前記第1通路から隔てられて第2吸込口から第2吹出口まで広がる気流の第2通路を有する1対のファンユニットと、
前記ファンユニットに組み込まれて、水平軸線回りの回転に応じて、前記第2吸込口から室温空気を吸い込んで前記第2吹出口から吹き出す気流を生成する送風ファンとを備え、
前記筐体は、
前記1対のファンユニットの間で前記熱交換器の前側部を収容して前記第1通路の一部を形成する前側空間と、
前記前側部よりも前記第1吹出口の長手方向に沿って長い前記熱交換器の後側部を収容して前記第1通路の一部を形成するとともに少なくとも一方の前記ファンユニットの背後に突出する後側空間とを有する
ことを特徴とする空気調和機。 - 請求項1に記載の空気調和機において、前記筐体に収容される第1送風ファンを駆動する第1駆動源と、前記ファンユニットの筐体に収容される第2送風ファンを駆動する第2駆動源とを個別に備えることを特徴とする空気調和機。
