Claims (4)
- 入力側のメインシャフト(110)と出力側のカウンタシャフト(112)との間に複数の歯車列(111、113)を有する変速機(40)と、
前記変速機(40)とエンジン(100)との間の動力伝達を断接するクラッチ装置(108)と、
前記クラッチ装置(108)の断接を制御するコントローラ(162)と、
を備える車両(10)のクラッチ制御装置(106)において、
前記クラッチ装置(108)は、油圧式の奇数段側の第1クラッチ(108A)と、油圧式の偶数段側の第2クラッチ(108B)とを有し、
前記コントローラ(162)は、
目標車速で一定となるように前記車両(10)の車速を制御する低速走行モードを備え、
前記低速走行モード時には、前記車速が予め設定された閾値よりも高いと判別した場合、前記第1クラッチ(108A)と前記第2クラッチ(108B)とを接続し、前記第1クラッチ(108A)の油圧と前記第2クラッチ(108B)の油圧とを制御することによりブレーキ制御を行い、
前記低速走行モード時に、前記車速が所定の時間内で所定の車速幅に収まっていれば、前記クラッチ装置(108)から前記変速機(40)に出力される出力トルクが微小な増減を繰り返すハンチングが行われるように前記クラッチ装置(108)を制御することを特徴とするクラッチ制御装置(106)。 - 請求項1記載のクラッチ制御装置(106)において、
前記クラッチ装置(108)の制御量は、目標油圧であり、
前記コントローラ(162)は、前記目標油圧に一定の時間間隔で補正値を加えることにより、前記出力トルクをハンチングさせることを特徴とするクラッチ制御装置(106)。 - 請求項2記載のクラッチ制御装置(106)において、
前記補正値は、前記出力トルクをハンチングさせても前記車速に影響を与えない程度の大きさに設定されることを特徴とするクラッチ制御装置(106)。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のクラッチ制御装置(106)において、
所定の低速走行モード移行条件が満足され、且つ、前記車両(10)に備わる移行スイッチ(72、74)の操作があったときに、前記低速走行モードに移行することを特徴とするクラッチ制御装置(106)。
