Claims (3)
- 水処理における生物処理を行う反応槽から排出され配管を通じて導入された測定対象気体及び硫化水素を含む試料ガスから前記配管内で結露となった水分を集めて除去する第1の乾燥手段と、
前記第1の乾燥手段の下流側に設けられ、前記第1の乾燥手段によって前記配管内で結露となった水分が除去された試料ガスから硫化水素を除去する硫化水素除去手段と、
試料ガス中の前記測定対象気体を測定する赤外線分析計の上流側に設けられているとともに、前記硫化水素除去手段の下流側に設けられ、前記硫化水素除去手段によって硫化水素が除去された試料ガスから残留している水分を除去するガスドライヤを含む第2の乾燥手段と、
を備え、
前記硫化水素除去手段は、硫化水素除去用活性炭を含み、前記配管を通じて導入され、かつ、前記第1の乾燥手段によって前記配管内で結露となった水分が除去されたことにより、温度が摂氏30度以上70度以下、水分濃度が8mg/l以上20mg/l以下とされた試料ガスから硫化水素を除去する手段であり、前記試料ガスから硫化水素を除去している最中に該試料ガスから凝縮した水分をドレン可能な排出手段を有する、
ことを特徴とする赤外線分析計の前処理装置。 - 前記第1の乾燥手段、前記硫化水素除去手段、および前記第2の乾燥手段が密閉された筐体内に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の赤外線分析計の前処理装置。
- 前記測定対象気体が、亜酸化窒素ガスおよびメタンガスの少なくとも一方であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の赤外線分析計の前処理装置。
