Description
強化されている場合、グレージングは強化無機ガラス1枚だけで構成される。
主要表面の1つの面積が0.9m2を超える場合には、積層グレージングとする方が望ましい。
グレージングの一方の主要表面の面積は、無機ガラス板の主要表面の面積と同じである。
−英国プレストンのSharples Stress Engineers社が販売しているSharples S−67モデルなどの市販の測定器具で、セナルモン又はジェソップ=フリーデルと称される補償板を使用する測定器具で行う測定。測定原理は規格ASTM F218−2005−01に説明されている。
本出願では、規格ASTM F218−2005−01に説明されている方法で圧縮応力の値が評価されている。
グレージングの各主要表面の縁圧縮応力帯は、外端から0.1〜3cmの幅が一般的である。
−グレージングに開けた穴を隠すことができる。
−雨天時の駐車又は走行中に大量の雨水がガラスと構造体の間に浸入しないよう、締結システムの主要な水密性を確保することができる。
−ボス上部とガラス上面の間隔のばらつきを吸収できる。
−システムの主たる水密性を確保できる。
−ルーフレールとグレージング31との連続性を、従って全体としての良質な仕上げを提供できる。
Claims (13)
- 自動車ルーフであって、
長手方向に延びる2つの縁、及び横断方向に延びる2つの縁を有し、
長手方向に延び、かつ前記横断方向に延びる2つの縁と直行する正中面に関して、対称形をなし、
少なくとも1枚の無機ガラス板を有するグレージングで構成され、
前記少なくとも1枚の無機ガラス板は、縁圧縮応力帯、及び少なくとも2つの局在圧縮応力領域を有し、かつ
前記少なくとも2つの局在圧縮応力領域は、前記縁圧縮応力帯から離れて前記グレージングの中心側で又は前記縁圧縮応力帯に接して、前記正中面に関して対称に配置されている、
自動車ルーフ。 - 前記少なくとも2つの局在圧縮応力領域が、長手方向に延びる縁から30cm未満にある、請求項1に記載のルーフ。
- 前記少なくとも2つの局在圧縮応力領域が、前記縁圧縮応力帯に接している、請求項1又は2に記載のルーフ。
- 前記縁圧縮応力帯の圧縮応力が1〜100MPaの範囲内にある、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のルーフ。
- 前記少なくとも2つの局在圧縮応力領域のそれぞれが、穴を取り囲んでいる、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のルーフ。
- 前記穴の縁における圧縮応力が1〜100MPaの範囲内にある、請求項5に記載のルーフ。
- 前記穴が前記グレージングの外端から0.5cm以上離れている、請求項6に記載のルーフ。
- それぞれの前記穴の面積が0.5〜70cm2の範囲内にある、請求項6又は7に記載のルーフ。
- 前記無機ガラス板が強化されている、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のルーフ。
- 前記グレージングが積層グレージングであり、かつ少なくとも2枚のガラス板を有している、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のルーフ。
- 前記グレージングが積層グレージングであり、かつ前記少なくとも2つの局在圧縮応力領域によって取り囲まれた穴がない、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のルーフ。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のルーフを備える自動車。
- 前記少なくとも2つの局在圧縮応力領域のそれぞれが穴を取り囲んでおり、かつ前記ルーフが前記穴を貫通する締結要素を備えたルーフレールを備えている、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のルーフを有する自動車。
