Description
Claims (9)
- 車両エンジン、特に、ディーゼルエンジンの再循環排気ガスの注入装置であって、
複数の注入ポート(26.1,26.2,26.3,26.4)を備え、前記複数の注入ポートは、当該注入装置の部材の一部分に設けられ、各注入ポート(26.1,26.2,26.3,26.4)は、前記部材の厚みで断面および高さを有し、
前記再循環排気ガスが少なくとも1つの入口(21)から前記注入チャネル(24)内を循環し、当該注入装置内において、前記注入ポートの前記高さが前記入口(21)から高くなるように構成され、
前記各注入ポート(26.1,26.2,26.3,26.4)の中心から熱交換器(16)との接合箇所に位置するオリフィス(22)までの距離(d1.1,d1.2,d1.3,d1.4)と、前記中心から前記エンジンのシリンダヘッド(32)までの距離(d2.1,d2.2,d2.3,d2.4)とが、前記入口(21)から注入ポートごとに増大する、ことを特徴とする、注入装置。 - 前記注入ポート(26.1,26.2,26.3,26.4)は前記注入チャネル(24)に沿って構成されており、前記注入ポート(26.1,26.2,26.3,26.4)の断面および/または前記それぞれの高さは、各注入ポート(26.1,26.2,26.3,26.4)に対して実質的に等しい再循環排気ガスの注入流を誘発する、請求項1に記載の注入装置。
- 当該注入装置内において、前記ポートの前記断面が前記入口(21)から小さくなるように構成される、請求項1または請求項2に記載の注入装置。
- 前記注入ポート(26.1,26.2,26.3,26.4)の前記断面の最小表面に対する前記断面の最大表面の比率は、1.4〜2.25の範囲にある、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の注入装置。
- 前記注入ポート(26.1,26.2,26.3,26.4)の断面が円形であり、前記注入ポートのそれぞれの直径は8〜15mmの範囲にある、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の注入装置。
- 前記注入チャネル(24)の直径に対する前記注入ポート(26.1,26.2,26.3,26.4)の直径の比率は、0.1〜0.4の範囲にある、請求項5に記載の注入装置。
- 前記注入ポート(26.1,26.2,26.3,26.4)の数が、前記エンジンのシリンダ数および前記エンジンのシリンダ数の倍数に等しい、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の注入装置。
- 車両エンジン、特に、ディーゼルエンジンのガス分配ボックスであって、当該ガス分配ボックス(18)は、
請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の注入装置(24)と、
空間(29)と、
を備え、
前記空間(29)は、特に熱交換器(16)から受ける空気の流れと、前記注入装置(24)によって前記空間(29)内に注入される前記再循環排気ガスとの混合を許容可能にする、ガス分配ボックス。 - 車両エンジン、特に、ディーゼルエンジンの吸気ガス供給モジュールであって、当該モジュール(10)は、
前記吸気ガスの前記熱交換器(16)と、
請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の注入装置と、
を備え、
当該モジュール(10)内の吸気ガスの流れ方向に従って前記交換器(16)の下流の前記吸気ガスに前記再循環排気ガスを注入可能に構成される、吸気ガス供給モジュール。
