Description
図1は、本発明による車両の制御装置の適用例として示されるハイブリッド車両の構成を示すブロック図である。
電力制御ユニット20は、コンバータ110と、平滑コンデンサC2と、モータジェネレータMG1,MG2にそれぞれ対応するインバータ131,132とを含む。
実施の形態1では、衝突時に回転角センサ161の検出角θを一旦記憶し、その後は記憶した電気角θfに固定した状態で放電電流をモータジェネレータMG1に流すように制御を実行した。
Claims (3)
- 車両に搭載されたモータに対して、トルクを発生させるq軸電流と、磁界を発生させるd軸電流との電流指令値を与えて前記モータを制御する車両の制御装置であって、
前記モータのロータの回転角を検出する回転角センサと、
前記回転角センサで検出された回転角に基づいて、前記モータの制御を行なう制御部とを備え、
前記制御部は、前記モータの制御を実行中に車両の衝突が検出された場合には、前記回転角センサから得られた回転角に基づいて前記q軸電流をゼロとするとともに、前記d軸電流を流すように前記モータを駆動するインバータのスイッチング素子のスイッチングパターンを決定し、前記スイッチングパターンが決定された後には前記回転角センサで検出された回転角にかかわらず、前記スイッチングパターンにて前記モータのインバータに接続された平滑コンデンサの電荷を放電し、
前記モータは、主として発電機として作動する第1モータジェネレータであり、
前記車両は、
主として車輪を駆動する電動機として作動する第2モータジェネレータと、
内燃機関と、
前記第1モータジェネレータ、前記第2モータジェネレータ、および前記内燃機関に連結された遊星歯車機構とをさらに含み、
前記遊星歯車機構は、前記内燃機関の回転軸を固定した状態とすると前記第1モータジェネレータの回転数と前記第2モータジェネレータの回転数を1:ρの比率となるように拘束し、ρは0より大きく1より小さい数であり、
前記制御部は、衝突した際に、前記第2モータジェネレータに電流を流さずに前記第1モータジェネレータに電流を流す期間を設けて、前記平滑コンデンサの電荷を放電させる、車両の制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、車両の衝突が検出された場合には、前記回転角センサで検出された回転角を記憶し、前記モータの制御に用いる回転角を記憶した回転角に固定した状態で、前記q軸電流をゼロとし、前記d軸電流を流すように、前記電流指令値を発生させることによって前記スイッチングパターンを固定する、請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、電圧指令と前記回転角センサの出力とに基づいて前記インバータのスイッチング素子のスイッチング波形を生成し、
前記制御部は、衝突検出前は、モータ電流と前記電流指令値との差をフィードバックして指令値の補正を実行し、衝突検出後は、前記フィードバックを中止し、前記回転角センサの出力にかかわらず固定した回転角に対応するスイッチングパターンを前記インバータに固定的に出力する、請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。
