Description
タイヤの「アスペクト比」は、タイヤの断面の幅(SW)に対するタイヤの断面高さ(SH)の比に、百分率として表すために100を乗じたものを意味する。
出口装置50は圧力と流量の調整装置であって、タイヤキャビティ最大圧力を調整する。出口装置50は、タイヤキャビティ40に対する流入量と流出量を調整するようにも機能する。出口装置50は、第1の端部53から第2の端部56まで延びる弁胴体52を有し、弁胴体52の第1の端部53は弁通路54を有している。弁胴体52の第1の端部53は、図3と図3Aに示しているように、弁通路54がタイヤキャビティ40と流体連通するように、タイヤサイドウォール30を通して取り付けられている。

Claims (10)
- リムに取り付けられたタイヤであって、タイヤキャビティと、第1と第2のタイヤビード領域からタイヤトレッド領域までそれぞれ延びている第1と第2のサイドウォールと、を有するタイヤと、
前記タイヤに接続されたエアチューブであって、エアチューブ区分のうちタイヤフットプリントの近くの部分が前記エアチューブを実質的に開閉できるようにする柔軟な材料で構成されたエアチューブと、
前記エアチューブの一端に接続され、前記タイヤの前記サイドウォールに取り付けられたエルボ継ぎ手を含む調整装置であって、前記エルボ継ぎ手が、前記エアチューブの一端に接続する第1の端部と、調整可能な筐体の第1の端部に接続する第2の端部とを有し、前記調整可能な筐体が、移動可能な壁によって定められた緩衝室を内部に有し、前記移動可能な壁が、前記調整可能な筐体内に受け入れられたねじ付きの外側面を有する弁胴体に接続され、前記エアチューブと共に前記タイヤの外部からの空気を前記タイヤキャビティに流入させるように構成されている調整装置と、
を有する自己膨脹タイヤ組み立て品。 - 前記緩衝室の容積は調整可能である、請求項1に記載の自己膨脹タイヤ組み立て品。
- 前記緩衝室は、調整可能な外側壁を有する、請求項1に記載の自己膨脹タイヤ組み立て品。
- 前記緩衝室は、室内に取り付けられたねじ付きの締結部品によって形成された空洞内に形成されている、請求項1に記載の自己膨脹タイヤ組み立て品。
- 前記調整装置は、前記タイヤキャビティ内に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の自己膨脹タイヤ組み立て品。
- 前記調整装置は、前記タイヤのトレッド内に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の自己膨脹タイヤ組み立て品。
- 前記エアチューブは、前方へのタイヤ回転方向または後方へのタイヤ回転方向のいずれかにおいて該エアチューブに沿って空気を吸い出すように、前記タイヤのフットプリントによって順次平坦にされる、請求項1に記載の自己膨脹タイヤ組み立て品。
- 前記調整装置は、環状の前記エアチューブの入口から実質的に180度離れて前記エアチューブに取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の自己膨脹タイヤ組み立て品。
- 前記調整装置は、環状の前記エアチューブの入口から実質的に360度離れて前記エアチューブに取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の自己膨脹タイヤ組み立て品。
- 前記エアチューブの横断面形状は楕円形である、請求項1に記載の自己膨脹タイヤ組み立て品。
