Claims (8)
- 自動膨張式タイヤ組立体において、
タイヤキャビティと、第1、第2のタイヤビード領域からタイヤトレッド領域へとそれぞれ延びる第1、第2のサイドウォールを有し、リムに取り付けられたタイヤと、
前記タイヤに接続された第1および第2の空気管であって、各空気管が空気通路を形成し、各空気管が、タイヤのフットプリントの近くの空気管部分の一部が環状の前記空気通路を実質的に開き、閉じることができるように作用する柔軟性のある材料からなる、第1および第2の空気管と、
各空気管の入口端に接続されている入口調整装置であって、前記入口調整装置は調整器胴体を含み、該調整器胴体は前記タイヤキャビティ内に位置する遠位端を有する外側ダクトを有し、該ダクトは、前記タイヤキャビティおよび前記調整器胴体の内部チャンバと流体連通する内部孔を有し、前記内部チャンバは、前記第1および第2の空気管の入口端に接続されている、前記調整器胴体内の2つの対向する通路に接続されている、入口調整装置と、
前記調整器胴体の前記内部チャンバ内に取り付けられた圧膜と、
前記調整器胴体の前記内部チャンバ内に取り付けられ、かつ前記圧膜と係合可能なフランジ端を有するインサートであって、前記フランジ端は内部キャビティを取り囲み、前記インサートは、上面であって、該上面から延び、かつ前記内部キャビティと流体連通している1つ以上の空気穴を有する上面を有し、前記インサートは前記内部キャビティと流体連通している2つの横導管をさらに有している、インサートと、
を有することを特徴とする自動膨張式タイヤ組立体。 - 前記入口調整装置の一部が前記タイヤの外側面の一部を形成している、請求項1に記載の自動膨張式タイヤ組立体。
- 前記入口調整装置が前記タイヤの前記サイドウォール内に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の自動膨張式タイヤ組立体。
- 前記入口調整装置の一部が前記タイヤの前記トレッド内に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の自動膨張式タイヤ組立体。
- タイヤの前進回転方向またはタイヤの逆の回転方向のいずれかにおいて、前記空気管が前記タイヤフットプリントによって連続的に平らにされ、空気を前記空気通路に沿って送り込む、請求項1に記載の自動膨張式タイヤ組立体。
- 出口装置と前記入口調整装置とがほぼ180度離れて環状の前記空気管に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の自動膨張式タイヤ組立体。
- 出口装置と前記入口調整装置とがほぼ360度離れて環状の前記空気管に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の自動膨張式タイヤ組立体。
- 前記空気管の断面形状が楕円である、請求項1に記載の自動膨張式タイヤ組立体。
