Claims (4)
- アセチレン及び二酸化炭素の混合ガスでプラズマを発生させる段階;
前記発生されたプラズマにPTFEを露出させる段階を含み、
前記アセチレンの供給量は前記二酸化炭素の供給量を1としたとき、0.02以上0.08以下である、PTFE表面の親水性改質方法。 - 前記アセチレンの供給量は前記二酸化炭素の供給量を1としたとき、0.02以上0.03以下である、請求項1に記載のPTFE表面の親水性改質方法。
- 前記プラズマ処理は大気圧下においてなされる、請求項1に記載のPTFE表面の親水性改質方法。
- 前記PTFE素材は粉末、シート及びブロックを含む、請求項1に記載のPTFE表面の親水性改質方法。
