Claims (17)
- 入力部と、
前記入力部を支持する第1バルクヘッドと、
ロータハブと、
前記第1バルクヘッドに接続されたステータと、前記ロータハブに接続されたロータとを含む電動機械と、
前記入力部と前記ロータハブとの間の駆動接続を交互に開閉するクラッチと、
前記入力部に支持され、前記クラッチを作動させるサーボ機構と、
前記ロータハブを支持する第2バルクヘッドと、
前記ロータハブに駆動可能に接続されるとともに、トルクコンバータケースに接続可能なフレックスプレートとを備えることを特徴とするパワートレインモジュール。 - 請求項1に記載のパワートレインモジュールにおいて、
前記ロータハブ上に形成された第1スプライン歯と、
前記フレックスプレート上に形成され、前記第1スプライン歯と係合可能な第2スプライン歯とをさらに備えることを特徴とするパワートレインモジュール。 - 請求項1に記載のパワートレインモジュールにおいて、
前記入力部に接続されるとともに、エンジン出力部に接続可能なねじりダンパをさらに備え、上記ねじりダンパは、前記エンジン出力部と前記入力部との間のトルク伝達経路に位置することを特徴とするパワートレインモジュール。 - 請求項1に記載のパワートレインモジュールにおいて、
前記入力部に駆動可能に接続されたクラッチハブと、
前記ロータに固定された管と、
前記管に固定されるとともに、第1ベアリングによって前記第1バルクヘッドに支持されて回転する第1脚部と、
前記管に固定されるとともに、第2ベアリングによって前記第2バルクヘッドに支持されて回転する第2脚部とをさらに備えることを特徴とするパワートレインモジュール。 - 請求項4に記載のパワートレインモジュールにおいて、
前記第1バルクヘッドおよび前記第1脚部に固定され、前記第1バルクヘッドと前記第2バルクヘッドとの間に位置する共振器をさらに備えることを特徴とするパワートレインモジュール。 - 請求項4に記載のパワートレインモジュールにおいて、
前記第1バルクヘッドに嵌合して前記入力部の回転を支える第3ベアリングをさらに備えることを特徴とするパワートレインモジュール。 - 請求項1に記載のパワートレインモジュールにおいて、
前記入力部に固定されたクラッチハブと、
前記ロータに固定された管とをさらに備え、
前記クラッチは、
前記クラッチハブに固定された複数の第1クラッチ板と、
前記管に固定された複数の第2クラッチ板とをさらに含み、
前記サーボ機構は、
シリンダ内で移動可能であり、前記第1および第2クラッチ板を互いに摩擦係合させることによって前記クラッチを係合させるピストンと、
前記ピストンを前記第1および第2クラッチ板から離して前記第1および第2クラッチ板の係合を互いに解消させることによって前記クラッチを切り離すリターンスプリングとをさらに含むことを特徴とするパワートレインモジュール。 - 請求項7に記載のパワートレインモジュールにおいて、
前記クラッチハブは、前記入力部に駆動可能に接続され、前記サーボ機構を支持し、
前記入力部に形成され、前記サーボ機構と連通する複数の油圧ラインをさらに含むことを特徴とするパワートレインモジュール。 - 請求項1に記載のパワートレインモジュールにおいて、
前記第1バルクヘッドは、
油圧油を収納する油溜めと、
ソレノイド作動弁と、
前記ソレノイド作動弁と油圧接続されたラインとをさらに備えることを特徴とするパワートレインモジュール。 - 入力部と
前記入力部を支持する第1バルクヘッドと、
前記入力部に固定されたクラッチハブと、
ロータハブと、
前記第1バルクヘッドに接続されたステータと、前記ロータハブに接続されたロータとを含む電動機械と、
前記入力部と前記ロータとの間の駆動接続を交互に開閉するクラッチと、
前記クラッチハブに支持され、前記クラッチを作動させるサーボ機構と、
前記入力部に支持され、前記ロータハブの回転を支える第2バルクヘッドと、
前記ロータハブに接続されるとともに、トルクコンバータケースに接続可能なフレックスプレートとを備えることを特徴とするパワートレインモジュール。 - 請求項10に記載のパワートレインモジュールにおいて、
前記入力部に形成され、前記サーボ機構と連通する複数の油圧ラインをさらに備えることを特徴とするパワートレインモジュール。 - 請求項10に記載のパワートレインモジュールにおいて、
前記フレックスプレートは、前記ロータハブに駆動可能に接続され、
前記ロータハブ上に形成された第1スプライン歯と、
前記フレックスプレート上に形成され、前記第1スプライン歯と係合可能な第2スプライン歯とをさらに備えることを特徴とするパワートレインモジュール。 - 請求項10に記載のパワートレインモジュールにおいて、
前記入力部に接続されるとともに、エンジン出力部に接続可能なねじりダンパをさらに備え、上記ねじりダンパは前記エンジン出力部と前記入力部との間のトルク伝達経路に位置することを特徴とするパワートレインモジュール。 - 請求項10に記載のパワートレインモジュールにおいて、
前記ロータハブは、
前記ロータに固定された管と、
前記管に固定されるとともに、第1ベアリングによって前記第1バルクヘッドに支持されて回転する第1脚部と、
前記管に固定されるとともに、第2ベアリングによって前記第2バルクヘッドに支持されて回転する第2脚部とをさらに備えることを特徴とするパワートレインモジュール。 - 請求項14に記載のパワートレインモジュールにおいて、
前記クラッチは、
前記クラッチハブに固定された複数の第1クラッチ板と、
前記管に固定された複数の第2クラッチ板とをさらに含み、
前記サーボ機構は、
シリンダ内で移動可能であり、前記第1および第2クラッチ板を互いに摩擦係合させることによって前記クラッチを係合させるピストンと、
前記ピストンを前記第1および第2クラッチ板から離して前記第1および第2クラッチ板の係合を互いに解消させることによって前記クラッチを切り離すリターンスプリングをさらに含むことを特徴とするパワートレインモジュール。 - 請求項14に記載のパワートレインモジュールにおいて、
前記第1バルクヘッドおよび前記第1脚部に固定され、前記第1バルクヘッドと前記第2バルクヘッドとの間に位置する共振器をさらに備えることを特徴とするパワートレインモジュール。 - 請求項10に記載のパワートレインモジュールにおいて、
前記第1バルクヘッドに嵌合して前記入力部の回転を支える第3ベアリングをさらに備えることを特徴とするパワートレインモジュール。
