背景技术
本发明涉及一种混合动力电动车辆的动力传动系统。
混合动力电动车辆(HEV)同时具有内燃发动机和电机,它们交替地或联合起来用于推进车辆。混合动力车辆中使用各种不同的动力传动系统,例如平行配置,其中发动机通过分离离合器连接至马达,马达驱动自动动力变速器的液力变矩器输入。变速器具有连接至差速器的输出,差速器耦接至车辆的两个驱动轮。

液力变矩器49包括位于壳48内并固定在其上的叶片叶轮;由叶轮液动力驱动并通过花键50固定至自动变速器54的输入轴52的叶片涡轮;以及位于涡轮与定子之间并固定至定子轴56的叶片定子轮,其保持在变速器壳58上不旋转。
通过螺栓62固定至变速器壳58的后隔板60在其径向内表面安装有液压密封件64,液压密封件64接触转子轮毂40的径向外表面。
通过螺栓68固定至发动机的旋转输出12的飞轮66运载发动机启动齿轮70,其通过焊接至启动齿轮和飞轮的盘72被固定。
轴承74支承第一支腿36用于在前隔板32上旋转。轴承76支承第二支腿38用于在转子轮毂40上旋转。与轴线39对齐并支承转子34用于绕着轴线旋转的管78固定至第一支腿36和第二支腿38。分别处于管78的前后端的边缘80、82可以径向向外卷,以将转子34固定至管78并避免转子34相对于管的轴向位移。管78的内表面形成有轴向花键81,其通过支腿36、38以及分离离合器22的交替盘83被接合。离合器22的摩擦盘84通过在离合器轮毂24的径向外表面上形成的轴向花键被固定。
用于驱动离合器22的液压伺服系统包括活塞86、平衡坝88、回位弹簧90以及用于将驱动压力传递至活塞86右边的压力控制体(pressure control volume)92和活塞左边的压力平衡体94的液压管路。当驱动压力和液压流体供应至体92时,通过使用密封件151和152,活塞86在由后支腿38构成的汽缸中向左移动,从而引起离合器22接合并通过减振器14、输入轴16、离合器轮毂24和离合器22可驱动地连接转子34和发动机输出12。
由于活塞86、平衡坝88和回位弹簧90被支承在转子轮毂40上,因此活塞86、平衡坝88和回位弹簧90的转动惯量位于输出侧,即离合器22的转子侧。
转子34通过扭矩路径不断可驱动地连接至变速器输入轴52,扭矩路径包括后支腿38、转子轮毂40、柔性板42、液力变矩器壳48、液力变矩器叶轮与涡轮之间的液动力驱动连接,该连接通过花键50连接至变速器输入轴52。
分解器100——一种用于测量旋转程度的高精度类型的旋转电力变压器——通过螺栓102固定至前隔板32、支承在前隔板32和第一支腿上并轴向位于前隔板32与后隔板60之间。
在柔性板42与转子轮毂40之间产生旋转驱动连接的花键44的齿被固定在一起,使得当扭矩在柔性板与转子轮毂之间传递时不产生空隙。柔性板42形成有厚壁的部分104,该厚壁的部分104具有止于网状物108的螺纹孔106。柔性板42上的外部花键齿通过螺栓110被迫轴向与转子轮毂40上的内部花键齿啮合,其在转子轮毂40的右端接合螺纹孔。花键连接44上啮合的花键齿当移除螺栓110时被解离,并将较大的螺栓穿过孔106,使得螺栓接触网状物,从而迫使柔性板轴向向右。
转子轮毂40形成有多个轴向引导的液压通路120以及侧向引导的通路122、124、126、128、129,上述通路运载液压流体和压力从变速器54的液压系统至模块10。通路120、122、124、126、128、129运载包括至位于活塞86的右边的离合器22的伺服系统的控制体92、至平衡坝88与活塞之间的压力平衡体94、至变力电磁阀(VFS)130以及至转子34和定子30的表面的液压流体和压力,其中转子34和定子30的表面由流体冷却。后隔板60形成有通路128,该通路128与VFS 130液压地连通。
后隔板60支承油底壳132,该油底壳132含有从变速器54的液压系统供应至模块10的流体。变速器54包括油底壳136,其含有由变速器泵134供应至变速器液压系统的液压流体,流体和控制压力从变速器液压系统被供应至模块10、液力变矩器49、变速器离合器和制动器、轴承、轴、齿轮等。
安装在前隔板32中的轴承140以及安装在转子轮毂40中的轴承142支承轴16绕着轴线39旋转。前隔板32还将定子30支承在其相对于转子34的合适的轴向和径向位置。安装在后隔板60与转子轮毂40之间的轴承76以及轴承142支承转子轮毂40绕着轴线39旋转。前和后隔板32、60一起支承转子34绕着轴线39旋转,这是由于安装在隔板32中的轴承74和安装在隔板60中的轴承76。
安装在后隔板60中的密封件64以及安装在前隔板32中的密封件141阻拦来自位于隔板32、60之间的模块10的流体的通路。另一动态密封件144阻拦发动机舱146与模块10之间的污染物的通路。
模块10的组件安装并装配在该模块中。装配的模块接着可以被安装在发动机输出12与液力变矩器壳48之间并连接至二者。
在操作中,当发动机输出12被发动机驱动时,扭矩由发动机经过转子轮毂40和柔性板42传递至液力变矩器壳48,前提是离合器22被接合。通过管78、支腿38、转子轮毂40和柔性板42,电机28的转子34被不断可驱动地连接至液力变矩器壳48。因此,液力变矩器壳48可以:单独由发动机驱动,前提是电机28关闭且离合器22被接合;单独由电机驱动,前提是发动机关闭或发动机正在运行且离合器被解离;以及由发动机和电机同时驱动。
图2为动力传动系统的侧横截面视图,其示出了支承在液力变矩器壳48上的电机28的转子34。
液力变矩器49包括:叶轮200,其固定至液力变矩器壳48;连接至变速器输入轴50的涡轮202;以及保持在定子轴56上不旋转的定子204。壳48被支承用于通过轴承207绕着轴线39旋转。推力轴承205将定子推力负载反作用于壳48。液力变矩器壳固定至叶轮200的部分48通过焊接206连接至转子轮毂210的外壳208。转子轮毂210通过花键81固定至前支腿36,该前支腿36通过轴承74被支承为绕着轴线39旋转。转子轮毂210形成有径向支腿212,该支腿212通过轴承211、213支承轴16和轴50绕着轴线39旋转。固定至转子轮毂210的电机28的转子34由此被支承至外壳32,用于通过支承件36和轴承74绕着轴线39旋转(这是转子34的主要径向支承)。该定位具有转子34下面的轴承74并控制转子34与定子30之间的空气隙。通过将转子34定位和定子30定位控制在同一外壳32中,使用传统的汽车制造方法可以非常精确地控制马达空气隙。固定件219——如C形夹——限制了离合器盘83、84和支腿部件36沿着花键81的轴向运动。壳48使用泵外壳中的轴承207来支承液力变矩器49的传动侧。轴承轴向远离转子34,因此其对空气隙的影响微乎其微,这是我们所希望的,因为该轴承的径向位置可能不是非常精确,这是由于泵外壳、泵中间板500和变速器壳58上的部件公差造成的。
轴向通路214和径向通路216运载变速器输入轴50中的液压流体至通路218。通路218与驱动分离离合器22的伺服系统的汽缸92连通。通路218和汽缸92在转子轮毂210中形成,并且活塞位于汽缸92中。位于固定至转子轮毂210的盘220与活塞86之间的回位弹簧90推动活塞远离与分离离合器22的盘的接触。
模块10将变速器54的液压系统与分离离合器22的液压系统结合起来。模块10将钟形外壳区域由干式腔变为湿式腔,从而简化机油管理和返回变速器54的机油排放。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于混合动力电动车辆的模块化动力传动系统组件的总成,包含:
包括被支承用于绕着轴线旋转的壳的液力变矩器;
固定至液力变矩器壳用于绕着轴线旋转的转子轮毂;
包括通过花键固定至转子轮毂的第一盘的离合器;
被固定以防止轴向位移并通过花键固定至转子轮毂的支腿;
用于限制第一盘和支腿沿着花键的轴向运动的固定件;
包括固定至转子轮毂的转子的电机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的总成,进一步包含:
用于推动第一盘沿着花键朝向固定件的活塞。
3.根据权利要求2所述的总成,其中离合器交替地打开和关闭电源与转子轮毂之间的驱动连接。
4.根据权利要求2所述的总成,进一步包含:
包括第二花键的离合器轮毂;以及
与第一盘交错设置并通过第二花键固定至离合器轮毂的第二盘。
5.根据权利要求1所述的总成,其中转子轮毂进一步包含:
汽缸;
位于汽缸中的活塞;以及
用于运载液压流体至汽缸的通路。
6.根据权利要求1所述的总成,进一步包含被固定以防止轴向位移的第一轴承,其接触支腿并支承转子轮毂绕着轴线旋转。
7.根据权利要求1所述的总成,进一步包含第二轴承,其接触转子轮毂并支承转子轮毂绕着轴线旋转。
8.根据权利要求1所述的总成,进一步包含第三轴承并支承液力变矩器用于绕着轴线旋转。
