Claims (8)
- 医療デバイスが患者の右心房に進入したことを検出するためのシステムであって、
本体の遠位部分上に非撮像超音波変換器が配置された細長本体と、
前記非撮像超音波変換器からの反射音響信号を受信して処理するように構成されたプロセッサと、
前記プロセッサによって実行された時に該プロセッサをして
順行パワー信号及び逆行パワー信号を前記反射音響信号から抽出させ、
前記逆行パワー信号に対する前記順行パワー信号の比を決定させ、かつ
前記逆行パワー信号に対する前記順行パワー信号の前記比の心臓サイクルにわたる平均値が1に近い時に、前記細長本体が前記右心房に進入したか否かを決定させる、
命令を格納するためのメモリと、
を含むことを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記メモリは、前記プロセッサによって実行された時に該プロセッサをして
前記反射音響信号の経時的な周波数成分を抽出させる命令を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記メモリは、前記プロセッサによって実行された時に該プロセッサをして、前記細長本体が前進又は後退されていない間に前記反射音響信号の経時的な前記周波数成分が順行優勢と逆行優勢の間で変化する時に該細長本体が前記右心房に進入したことを示させる命令を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記メモリは、前記プロセッサによって実行された時に該プロセッサをして
前記反射音響信号の全体パワーを抽出させる命令を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記メモリは、前記プロセッサによって実行された時に該プロセッサをして前記反射音響信号のMel周波数ケプストラムを発生させ、かつ該Mel周波数ケプストラムの1つ又はそれよりも多くの係数を決定させる命令を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記メモリは、前記プロセッサによって実行された時に該プロセッサをして前記決定された1つ又はそれよりも多くの係数を乱流血流及び非乱流血流に基づく係数のデータベースと比較させる命令を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記メモリは、前記プロセッサによって実行された時に該プロセッサをして前記反射音響信号から呼吸アーチファクトを除去させる命令を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 医療デバイスが患者の右心房に進入したことを検出するためのシステムであって、
本体の遠位部分上に非撮像超音波変換器が配置された細長本体と、
前記非撮像超音波変換器からの反射音響信号を受信して処理するように構成されたプロセッサと、
前記プロセッサによって実行された時に該プロセッサをして
前記反射音響信号から呼吸アーチファクトを除去させ、
乱流を示す1つ又はそれよりも多くの特徴を前記反射音響信号から抽出させ、
前記抽出された1つ又はそれよりも多くの特徴に基づいて乱流パターンを決定させ、かつ
前記決定された乱流パターンに基づいて前記細長本体が前記右心房に進入したか否かを決定させる、
