Claims (8)
- ガスを圧縮する圧縮部を有する圧縮機と、
熱交換器と、
を備え、
前記熱交換器が、
前記圧縮部によって圧縮されたガスを冷却する冷却部と、
前記圧縮部と前記冷却部とを繋ぐ連絡路と、
前記連絡路の一部から分岐し、前記熱交換器の前記圧縮機に対向する面とは異なる面に計装機器が直接的に取り付けられる取付部を有する連絡路分岐部と、
を備え、
前記連絡路及び前記連絡路分岐部は、前記熱交換器内に形成されている、圧縮装置。 - 前記熱交換器が、
ガスの供給源から前記圧縮機へとガスを導く供給路と、
前記供給路から分岐し、前記異なる面に計装機器が直接的に取り付けられる取付部を有する供給路分岐部と、
をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の圧縮装置。 - 前記熱交換器が、
ガスを需要先へと導く排出路と、
前記排出路から分岐し、前記異なる面に計装機器が直接的に取り付けられる取付部を有する排出路分岐部と、
をさらに備える、請求項1または2に記載の圧縮装置。 - 前記冷却部から前記圧縮部へとガスを送る前記連絡路から分岐する前記連絡路分岐部に圧力計または安全弁の少なくとも1つが取り付けられる、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の圧縮装置。
- 前記圧縮機が、直列に配列される複数の圧縮部を備え、
前記熱交換器が、
前記複数の圧縮部にて圧縮されたガスを冷却する複数の冷却部と、
前記複数の圧縮部と前記複数の冷却部とを繋ぐ複数の連絡路と、
前記複数の連絡路の一部から分岐し、前記異なる面に計装機器が取り付けられる取付部を備える連絡路分岐部と、
を備える、請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の圧縮装置。 - 前記熱交換器が前記圧縮機の上部に配置され、
前記異なる面が前記熱交換器の上面である、請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の圧縮装置。 - 前記熱交換器が、
前記圧縮機から流入したガスが流れる複数のガス流路群と、
前記ガスを冷却する冷却媒体が流れる複数の冷媒流路群と、
を備え、
前記複数のガス流路群と前記複数の冷媒流路群とが交互に積層される、請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の圧縮装置。 - 前記圧縮機が、
前記圧縮部と前記熱交換器との間に配置され、ガスを前記圧縮部に吸い込む吸込弁、および、前記圧縮部から前記冷却部へと吐出する吐出弁を収容する弁収容室、を備える、請求項1ないし7のいずれか記載の圧縮装置。
