Description
Claims (20)
- 基板と、
前記基板の上部面に実装される少なくとも一つの第1のLEDと、
前記基板の下部面に実施される少なくとも一つの第2のLEDと、
前記基板が搭載面に搭載され、前記搭載面の上部面に形成されるヒートシンクと、
前記第2のLEDの下部を覆うように前記ヒートシンク上に位置する反射面と、
前記基板、前記第1のLED、及び前記第2のLEDを覆うように配置された透光性カバーと、
前記ヒートシンクの上部に放射状に配置された複数のカバー支持リブと、
を備え、
前記透光性カバーは、複数の透光性カバー片を有し、
前記カバー支持リブは、前記複数の透光性カバー片のうち、隣接する前記透光性カバー片の間に配置されることを特徴とするLEDランプ。 - 前記透光性カバーの下端は、前記ヒートシンクの外周縁に結合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLEDランプ。
- 前記搭載面は、前記基板よりも狭い面積で形成され、前記第2のLEDは、前記搭載面の外側において前記基板の下部面に実装されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLEDランプ。
- 前記搭載面は、前記透光性カバーの高さの中間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のLEDランプ。
- 前記反射面は、前記搭載面の端部の上部端から透光性カバーの下部端に対応または隣接する下部端まで連続的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のLEDランプ。
- 前記反射面は、前記上部端と前記下部端を結ぶ直線に対して窪んだ曲面を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のLEDランプ。
- 前記反射面は、上部の傾きが下部の傾きよりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のLEDランプ。
- 前記反射面は、高さの中間において境界をなす凹部と凸部を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のLEDランプ。
- 前記反射面は、前記上部端と前記下部端を結ぶ直線に対して膨らんだ曲面を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のLEDランプ。
- 前記透光性カバーは、前記基板または前記第2のLEDと同じ高さにおける直径が最も大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLEDランプ。
- 前記透光性カバーは、互いに結合された上部と下部を有し、
前記透光性カバーの前記上部の光透過率および光拡散率と、前記透光性カバーの前記下部の光透過率および光拡散率とは異なることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLEDランプ。 - 前記上部と前記下部の境界が前記基板の周縁に隣接することを特徴とする請求項11に記載のLEDランプ。
- 前記透光性カバーは、蛍光体を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載のLEDランプ。
- 前記基板の上部面上には、複数の第1のLEDが実装され、前記基板の下部面上の外郭には、複数の第2のLEDが前記基板の周縁に沿って配列されて実装され、前記第2のLEDの配列の内側に前記第1のLEDが全て位置することを特徴とする請求項1乃至13のいずれか一項に記載のLEDランプ。
- 前記第2のLEDの個数が前記第1のLEDの個数よりも多いことを特徴とする請求項14に記載のLEDランプ。
- 前記基板の下部面には、複数の第2のLEDが所定の配列で実装され、前記反射面は、前記ヒートシンクの上部の周りに設けられ、前記反射面から半径方向に複数の隔壁反射部が突設され、前記複数の隔壁反射部によって前記第2のLEDの実装領域が複数個に区画されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLEDランプ。
- 前記基板の上部面には、複数の第1のLEDが所定の配列で実装され、前記基板の上部面に設けられた複数の隔壁反射部によって、前記第1のLEDの実装領域が複数個に区画されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLEDランプ。
- 前記基板の上部面には、複数の第1のLEDが所定の配列で実装され、前記基板の上部面に設けられた複数の隔壁反射部によって、前記第1のLEDの実装領域が複数個に区画され、前記カバー支持リブのそれぞれは、前記隔壁反射部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLEDランプ。
- 前記ヒートシンクは、外部の空気がヒートシンクの内部に流入可能に一定の深さだけ切開して形成される少なくとも一つの空気流動路が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLEDランプ。
- 前記空気流動路は、最上部端が前記透光性カバーの高さの中間に位置するように延びることを特徴とする請求項19に記載のLEDランプ。
